5 Star Hot Tub Cottage With Scenic Mountain Views

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had the most wonderful stay at Mont Rouge Cabin in Tulbagh! The cabin is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and so well equipped with everything you could need — they’ve really thought of all the little details to make your stay extra comfortable. The private hot tub was such a treat and made the experience even more special. The peaceful setting and stunning views made it the perfect escape. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel right at home. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would love to come back again!

'Lodge on the Liefde' in a private nature reserve

Fantastic stay over Easter at this beautiful house with stunning views 😍 Everything exactly as described and easy to check in. The deck and garden seating with beautiful and comfy lovely cushions, made for a great spot to relax outside. Inside the rooms were lovely too, so would recommend this house to others and look forward to returning ourselves one day too.

Firemasters House Historic Church Street Tulbagh

IngridRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A beautifully renovated farm house that is ideal for 3 couples. The house has many entertainment areas (courtyard was our favourite) and has some unique decorative art pieces. There are lovely small touches like the water filter and bath soap that made the stay more memorable. The kitchen has everything and more than needed: hello 3 different types of coffee machines ☺️ We enjoyed our stay

Wheat Cabin @ Dassenheuwel Lodge

EsriRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We stayed in the Wheat Cabin. The view was fantastic, the cabin well equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cabin is private and the best break away from the hustle and bustle. Lida and Kobus were fantastic hosts and ensured that we had no shortcomings, including complimentary wine and homemade bread. We will be back soon!

This place magical and beyond what is seen in pictures! The attention to the very little details was amazing! Super peaceful place and highly recommended for anyone likes to get out of the city life and relax. Moon River's historic Herders Cottage Cederberg

KerryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is one of the loveliest places I have stayed at. I felt right at home, as if I belonged. So beautiful, peaceful, cozy and clean. The mountains are spectacular, the river bubbles along, the milky way is bright above, baboons preening themselves, jackal calls, warm flames of the night's fire and and the most comfortable bed ever when done exhaling all the city stresses away. The kitchen is well equiped and the little touches are just so well thought out, right down to the grammaphone and the special song waiting just for you.

Kareekloof Conservancy - Elands Family Cottage

EllouiseRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a bit surprised by the 10km stretch of public dirt road leading to the farm — we had expected only a few kilometers of gravel once on the property — but it was still perfectly manageable with a sedan. The thoughtful touches on arrival really made us feel welcome: a chilled G&T, the hot tub already heated, and a freshly baked loaf of bread waiting for us. The game drive the next day was a highlight. Uncle Steve shared many fascinating, history-rich spots with us, making the experience both educational and memorable. Next time (when not pregnant!), we’ll definitely take advantage of the kayaking — the lakes are absolutely beautiful — and we’d love to stay longer, as the game drive takes up most of the day. Highly recommended!
