The apartment is located on the 6th floor of in a classic, fully functional 1960s building with a standard elevator. This is a lived-in city home with the architectural character of its era, not a sterile, newly built luxury hotel. We love hosting independent, relaxed travellers who appreciate local charm. If you are looking for flawlessness, I respectfully ask that you book elsewhere. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only, but I kindly request that you take the horrible butts with you and stick them in the trash chute. Because we are right on the lakes in the middle of Copenhagen, the balcony experiences standard city air and dust. Local spiders can spin a new outdoor web in a matter of minutes. If the sight of a spiderweb outside ruins your holiday, this is not the property for you.

You have about 50 sqm to yourselves with a private entrance and parking right outside the house and the train is about 500 meters away. The apartment has a large, bright room with a double bed and a smaller room with 2 comfortable beds. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. REMEMBER TO LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE BRINGING A CAR.

Renting my home, you’ll be 15 minutes from Kongens Nytorv, Nørreport Station, the airport and Amager Beach. It’s a family-friendly area close to the metro (M2) and bus 31 to Copenhagen Central Station. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Some personal belongings will remain stored in the apartment while renting. As a host, I’m a heavy metal fan, and some decor may be perceived as provocative or offensive, especially from a religious perspective. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Easy and close to public transport. My apartment has a livingroom with a double bed, on the floor, that is how I prefer it ;-), extra daybed/couch, dining area and tv. One extra room for luggage, clothing etc. Full functional kitchen and bathroom with shower. Please notice that smoking is aceptable in my apartment :-)
