Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

Här välkomnas ni till ett nyrenoverat hus med stora sällskapsutrymmen, fullt utrustat kök och mysig uteplats med grillmöjligheter samt parkering På ovanvåningen finns 2 sovrum samt ett allrum med totalt 10 sängar. 1 badrum samt 1 extra gästtoalett. Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet. Rökning är ej tillåten.
