Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kastri

Lovely well situated studio apartment right on the sea. The facilities were all needed for a month stay. The town/village is very picturesque facing a wide beach which is 20 m from apartment. It was january so most tourist restaurants/coffee shops were closed but enough open to enjoy the quiet period. Weather was excellent (for the time of year). Bed was comfortable, seating on balcony was fine and kitchen facilities more than adequate for 1-2 persons. The roads around village are very narrow so parked car at a distance. I had a very excellent month in Mirtos and did not want to drive. Enjoyed sunshine and sea.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was walkable to the downtown area and harbour, but also quiet at night and not too busy. It was an easy ride from the airport and the location is also very close to the highway so it’s easy to head to the beach or other towns! Also good local bakeries and gyros in the area! :)

Logement conforme aux photos et à la description. Hôte reactif, repond rapidement aux messages Bon emplacement, à 15 /20 mn à pied du centre . Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Je recommande.

Une vue imprenable dans un lieu très bien équipé et confortable, il ne manque rien. Un environnement entouré de montagnes et un beau jardin qu’on peut utiliser. Il y a plusieurs activités intéressantes dans la région en plus de la ville d’Heraklion qui se situe à 20 minutes seulement en auto. Les propriétaires habitent en haut mais ils sont à la fois très accueillants et très discrets. Un grand merci spécial à Katy pour sa gentillesse mais aussi pour toutes ses attentions. À notre arrivée, nous avons reçu des petits plats, etc… et avons eu l’occasion de goûter la soupe traditionnelle préparée par notre hôte à l’occasion de la fête de Pâques. The apartment is super well equipped, everything is brand new and exactly as in the pictures. We especially loved the location - close to anywhere you want to go but still in a quiet residential street. No bars or noisy tourists on that street. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring the area. Everything went really well overall—just a heads up that Saturday night was a bit loud due to nearby activity, but otherwise, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and super convenient. The elevator made it so easy to get our bags upstairs. The washer and dryer were total lifesavers, and the bed was unbelievably cozy. The AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Overall, I absolutely loved this place! Michalis is an amazing host - thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Wir waren zu dritt und haben die Wohnung für sechs Nächte gemietet – und es war rundum eine tolle Erfahrung. Schon bei unserer Ankunft war alles liebevoll vorbereitet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und Emmanouel hatte sogar an kleine Aufmerksamkeiten gedacht: Im Kühlschrank warteten Wasser, Käse, Brot und weitere Frühstücksutensilien auf uns – eine wirklich schöne Geste! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem, und es gab ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Emmanouel war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Lage: direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this place. We loved staying at Eleftherio’s home. They warmly greeted us and quickly made us feel like family. They treated us to many goodies and the house was perfectly ready for us. Modern upgrades throughout, wonderful spa like showers. The best though- The views of the mountains are breathtaking. We also loved visiting the village. The tavern gernios is not to be missed. There is a cafe, bakery, grocery and playground about a 12 minute walk away. Such a peaceful beautiful place- we did not want to leave.

We had a great stay here for our first week in Crete. The property is really nicely furnished and the views are absolutely stunning, both from the large balcony and the private rooftop space. The location was excellent for us, being in a very quiet neighbourhood but within a 3 minute walk from a lovely quiet beach, 10 minute walk from a larger sandy beach, and about 10 minute walk into the main town area which had lots of nice restaurants and shops. We loved watching the sun rise and having breakfast on the outdoor seating on the balcony each day. That view is beautiful. We also used the jacuzzi on the roof top several times. A great stay and we would certainly return and stay again.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, wir konnten uns in dem schönen Haus super erholen die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten war immer jemand zu erreichen. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️

Mein Mann und ich haben den gesamten September in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns von Beginn an, wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat traumhafte Ausblicke. Beeindruckend ist die Ruhe. Man hört nur Ziegen, Zikaden, Krähen und Geier. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und werden wieder kommen. Aiga und Josef haben alles super vorvereitet, so dass wir leicht zum Haus gefunden haben und tolle Tavernen. Sie haben sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob es uns gut geht und waren schnell erreichbar. Fazit: bucht und habt eine wunderschöne Zeit. @ herzlichen Dank an aiga und josef

Dank dieser Unterkunft wurde unser Urlaub zu einem traumhaften Erlebnis. Schon mit dem Betreten der Wohnung überrumpelte uns das Gefühl von Zuhause, nicht nur weil vieles schon vorher vorhanden war und auch im sehr guten Zustand, sondern auch weil die komplette Einrichtung sehr stilvoll und gemütlich war. Neben dem war auch die Kommunikation sehr schnell, professionell und unkompliziert, sodass jedes noch so kleine Problem schnell eine Lösung fand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und werden die Unterkunft allen Freunden empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche im deinem Superapartment!!!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing time at this beautiful and pristine place. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect , just a short walk to the city center. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Michalis our host was very responsive and always available whenever we needed anything. We arrived quite late so didn’t manage to meet our hosts but they had organized for us snacks on arrival and beverages but the local raki they had for us ready and chilled stood out. The land lady Efi even made us traditional Loukoumades, which were absolutely delicious! It’s those thoughtful touches that made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended , we would definitely come back!

Katrina’s place was very well designed with a flair of modern touches and elegant finishes. we loved how every area was functional - including the patio. Inside, the bedrooms were well designed and had comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and other basics. It also had filter water. overall our stay was very short and we could not enjoy all the amenities, we were hoping we had stayed longer.

Irini’s place is very convenient for staying a few days in Heraklion, especially if you need parking. It was easy to find, an easy walk to the centre, and Irini’s communication was clear and proactive. We asked for some nearby taverna recommendations from Irini and had the best meal of our Crete holiday just down the street from the apartment. We’d definitely recommend this spot.

Place was pristine,great bathrooms with lots of hot water. In a quiet neighborhood.Our host helped us get transportation to the ferry.Would definitely stay again!!
