Vacation rentals with a patio in Kastoria

Our stay at Arben’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way! Arben was super friendly and made us feel right at home! He offered to pick us up from the station, and ensured we left Pogradec safely after our stay. When we arrived he was gracious enough to gift us some of his own wine, and traditional Albanian tea! (It was delicious) The apartment was fantastic, especially the view from the balcony. Pogradec itself was a blast! The flat was only a very short walk away from the beach and nearby to restaurants and shops. This has been the best value stay I’ve ever had and could not recommend Arben’s AirBnB enough!!

A beautiful place decorated with a lot of love. Beautiful location overlooking the mountains and lake from the large panoramic window. It could be improved with a few small things like a dish towel, dishcloth/sponge and pepper but otherwise we didn't miss anything. Albis' wife was immediately helpful with questions, always received us very politely and friendly and could speak good English. The property was located just outside the center, but was very well equipped with restaurants all around. Small stands with fruit/vegetables etc. from their own cultivation can be found here very often and made the flair of the surroundings even more attractive. We highly recommend this place and would come back 100%. Thanks to Albi and family.

We stayed at Martina’s place for 4 nights and had a wonderful time! Martina is very responsive and helpful. The place is well equipped and super clean. The view from the balcony onto Lake Ohrid was wonderful and the 2min walk to the nearest small pebble beach, a treat. Swimming in Lake Ohrid is absolutely amazing! We loved our stay!

We would definitely stay here again. Very nice place, easy parking, walking distance to several places. Roland was very friendly and helpful!

We loved staying at this beautiful, classic home in Konitsa. could not imagine a better location, incredibly close to fun restaurants and a lovely river and view. great place with a lot of personality and everything you need.

As soon as I arrived with the bus, I was picked up by the assistant of Mr. Antonis Giorgos by car , guided me to the center of Florina, took me to the bank and to a mini market to shop,even he ordered me from his cell phone because I was hungry,and from the first moment it was like we knew each other for years, very friendly and warm person, and so did Mr. Antonis. Their hospitality is honestly at another level. Whenever I needed Giorgos for something in the house he never came with empty hands, and fruit had brought me cakes,as if I was staying with my relatives. The space was very clean and had good insulation,so despite the cold environment of the Florina, inside the house there was room temperature and I didn't get cold neither in the morning nor in the evening. For my transportation they introduced a taxi driver who was very kind and always in his time. The distance from the center didn't bother me at all as I like the quiet and I needed tranquility. Very happy,a beautiful house with beautiful people

The house was amazing! It's even nicer in person than in the photos. The location is a little far from the duck (1 hour) but it didn't bother us. For food we ate in the konitsa which is 15 minutes away but one can also eat in the village cafe that as many times we passed it had a lot of people and smelled great, we just happened to have eaten in other villages. We also were able to cook breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. Finally, it was super clean and very hot from the radiators. They also gave us as much wood as we wanted and we lit a fireplace.

This is a top little apartment located on the edge of Konitsa, with scenic views to the mountains. It was perfect for two adults. There is a lovely patio for breakfast or drinks. After a couple of minor problems, which were resolved quickly, it ended up being a lovely four days in one of the prettiest places we visited on our road trip in Greece. The centre of the village is easily accessed on foot, provided you are not physically impaired. There is a great baker, butcher, green grocery and super markets. You are spoiled for choice, with many restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at Villa Petra: a beautiful and super cosy house in an outstanding area of beauty. We had everything we needed and the hosts were some of the most responsive and friendlier hosts I have ever come across, sometimes responding within seconds from asking them a question!!! It’s hard to describe the tranquility and unique charm of the house and the area, you just have to experience it for yourselves to appreciate how precious they are. Thanks so much to the hosts for everything, such speedy and helpful responses, while on holiday in somebody else’s home, are very hard to find, they stand out. Go visit the Prespes area and stay at Villa Petra, you will not want to leave, ever! I promise you that.

Flawless Mrs. Helen,even though we were late to arrive and we fell out at the arrival time we had told her, she waited for us, she showed us around,the house classic old house in a village,with a front and a backyard with a BBQ ,with the heat pump to keep it warm,an ideal place to spend a quiet holiday and decide that you will fill your days, it is recommended for a stay of all kinds (friends, couples, families) in 2 minutes by clock you are in Grevena with your vehicle.Thanks so much for the hospitality,I hope if we find ourselves in your places again!

Mrs. Eleni is the best landlady ever! She helped us a lot with everything she was tons of helpful and when we needed her she helped us with everything! The house was super clean had all the amenities mentioned in the information + great hospitality! I would definitely go back!

I stayed in the apartment and my experience was impeccable! Everything was spotless, from the spaces to the linens, and the decor was beautiful and inviting. The location was great, the check-in was easy, and the host was kind and helpful. Before I booked my stay, I had read a previous very negative review, which had troubled me, but it turned out to have nothing to do with reality. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures and my experience was excellent.

The host was very responsive and apartment was in excellent condition, same as on pictures. PS4 is a great plus if you have kids. The beach is across the street which is very convenient. I recommend this place.

This was a spectacular Airbnb. The decor, layout, furniture and supplies were excellent. One of the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Even has a back yard with tables and chairs. Close to all restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Our Host was very helpful and attentive. When we return to Florina, we will definitely stay there again.
