Vacation rentals with lake access in Kastoria

Dom był dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty i położony w cichej okolicy. Naszej rodzinie niczego nie brakowało. Kontakt z gospodarzem jest bezproblemowy, Angela i jej mąż to bardzo sympatyczni ludzie. Polecamy wszystkim to miejsce spokojnego wypoczynku nad jeziorem Ohrid.

We loved staying at Jetas place and would come back anytime! Apart from the beautiful and clean flat with a wonderful lake view, her family was outstanding welcoming and always helpful, especially to our dog lady. A minimarket is located directly in the same building. The beach is fantastic and reachable in only 1 minute. Even the guys from the campsite „Red Stone“ were always friendly and helpful, also their food and drinks are highly recommended. Altogether a stunning experience!

The place was great, clean and spacious. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The place is a lovely getaway, its in a quiet little bay with old houses that most of the old owners build themselves. If you want a luxury experience this is not the place, however if you want an amazing authentic Balkan lakeside experience this is definitely the place. The owner, Filip, was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and it truly feels like you are in a remote village with all its charms.

Wir waren mit den Motorrädern unterwegs im Balkan. Für eine Nacht haben wir eine Unterkunft am See gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück mit einem Tor. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Minuten zur Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Gute Tipps von Gastgeber haben geholfen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at Villa Petra: a beautiful and super cosy house in an outstanding area of beauty. We had everything we needed and the hosts were some of the most responsive and friendlier hosts I have ever come across, sometimes responding within seconds from asking them a question!!! It’s hard to describe the tranquility and unique charm of the house and the area, you just have to experience it for yourselves to appreciate how precious they are. Thanks so much to the hosts for everything, such speedy and helpful responses, while on holiday in somebody else’s home, are very hard to find, they stand out. Go visit the Prespes area and stay at Villa Petra, you will not want to leave, ever! I promise you that.

We had a lovely time and would love to come back soon. Our little daughter loved the nice yard and we enjoyed everything! The homemade byrek prepared in the traditional way was delicious and is highly recommended. The hosts were super friendly and attentive for anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so lovely!

A little hesitant at first because there weren’t any reviews, but the apartment was excellent. Brand new, extremely clean and warm, spacious and also the beds are very comfortable, definitely recommended. However, there is enough room for 7 people and not 8 as mentioned. The view and the location is amazing, lake front and there is always plenty of parking space on the street.

Πολύ ωραίο το διαμέρισμα άνετο στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της Καστοριάς ακριβώς μπροστά στη λίμνη και δίπλα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά.Ο Αντώνης άψογος ευγενικός πολυ φιλόξενος και μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζομασταν.Περασαμε πολυ ωραία

Very cozy apartment at the Center of Kastoria. We really enjoyed our stay. Dimitra is a polite, respectful and communicative host.

We were a family of 4, and the apartment was just great for us! The place is beautiful and clean, the view from the balcony is amazing! And the apartment was very homey. It could be better if there were a little more equipment in the kitchen and not only 4 glass, 4 forks, for spoons, etc... and not have to wash everything every second. Overall we recommend this place!

Die Fotos werden der Unterkunft nicht gerecht! Die Wohnung ist viel schöner und grösser. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Altbaucharakter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

What a fantastic place to stay at. Right on the lakefront, with an incredible view of the town and lake. Cafes and restaurants were literally across the road. The accommodation was really nice and clean. Had all the amenities. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Kastoria!

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από την διαμονή μας. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες κ ήταν πεντακάθαρο κ τακτοποιημένο. Είχαμε κ ευέλικτη άφιξη καθώς χρειάστηκε να φτάσουμε νωρίτερα από το check in κ ο κ.ΜΙΧΑΛΗΣ μας εξυπηρέτησε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη γειτονιά με άπλετο χώρο για πάρκινγκ. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνος, κτλ για ότι χρειάζεται. Το κέντρο είναι πολύ κοντά με αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής για το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι κ ο ιδιοκτήτης μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Προτείνετε ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία!

Ο κ. Γιαννης και η κα. Πόπη ειναι ευγενεστατοι και πολυ εξυπηρετικοί. Ο χωρος ειναι ομορφος, ιδιος με τις φωτογραφίες. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα! Εμεις τουλάχιστον θα τους ξαναπροτιμησουμε!

Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht, findet man sie hier. Morgens zum Yoga und Schwimmen an de wunderschönen See und zum Frühstück frisches Obst vor der Türe! Gemüse gibt es auch und man kann sich ein wunderbares Abendessen zaubern. Das Kloster Naum ist per Fuß erreichbar. Man sollte aber keine Angst vor Insekten haben, das Cottag steht auf der Farm in der wunderbaren Natur ♥️

H κ.Μαρία και ο σύζυγος της είναι καταπληκτικοί. Παρότι διαμείναμε στο χώρο τους μόνο δύο βράδια καταλάβαμε πολλά. Ευγενικοί , πάντα διαθέσιμοι και εξυπηρετικοί μας φιλοξένησαν στον υπέροχο ξενώνα τους και δεν είχαμε το παραμικρό παράπονο. Το σπίτι θα αποτελέσει προτεραιότητα μας σε μελλοντικές εξορμήσεις προς τα μέρη τους! Συνιστώ να κάνετε κράτηση τον χώρο "Στέκι" που προσφέρεται ως έξτρα παροχή αν είστε παρέα.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

We had a great time staying at Maria's place! The house was spacious in a great location, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Maria was very hospitable and available whenever needed.

The house was a traditional almost 100 years old, putting you into the mood of the village and the surroundings. It was clean with a beautiful view of the Lake.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο και πραγματικά παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Μείναμε δύο εβδομάδες και πραγματικά δεν μας έλειψε κάτι. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ πιο ωραίο από όσο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και πιο μεγάλο. Το μόνο μείον είναι ότι τα γύρω χωριά δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα όμορφα ( ίσως φταίει ότι τα επισκεφτήκαμε καλοκαίρι), αλλά με κέντρο το σπίτι κάναμε πάρα πολλές εκδρομές στους γύρω νομούς χωρίς να είναι ιδιαίτερα κουραστικό γιατί οι δρόμοι είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και ευθείες.

V domě jsme bydleli v šesti dospělých a dvě děti. Byl zde dostatek místa na spaní pro všechny. Dragan a Gordana byli velmi nápomocní a ochotně a bleskově odpovídali na naše dotazy. Dům je krásný, nový, velmi dobře zařízený a vybavený (kompletní kuchyňské vybavení). Nic nám zde nechybělo. Velmi nám vyhovovaly tři koupelny s toaletou. Okolo domu je krásná zahrada s vyžitím pro děti a pohodlné posezení pod pergolou u grilu. Ke svatému Naumovi je to malý kousek a v okolí se dá podnikat spousta výletů. Určitě dům doporučujeme

We booked both houses for 10 adults and we are so glad we did it. The houses are amazing and are within a few minutes walking distance from the public beach and the camp. The yard is very good and we enjoyed sitting outdoors even when there was a storm. I would highly recommend especially if you are booking both houses for a larger group or two families.
