Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kastellorizo

We had a group of 7 and this house was perfect. The pool was amazing, the private dock was excellent. There are 2 beach clubs for beach dining and 2 restaurants right next door and we enjoyed visiting them daily. There is an excellent and inexpensive bus to get in to town that comes daily just up the hill. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come back and see all of our new friends. We would definitely stay here again.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Villa Unlimited is a perfect villa for a big group - the pool is large and deep so perfect for teenagers. We had three 17 year old boys, and four 19 year old girls - and there was plenty of room in the house and around the terrace for all of us. There is some road noise, but it gets cancelled out by our group noise easily! I'd fully recommend this villa.

Nice place for a cozy stay especially if with friends or multiple families. In a very natural area with a good view. It may need some improvement for the hot water in wintertime and shower heads, since they are low pressured shower heads. Otherwise very well organized place to stay. Definitely you need a car to travel to town and nearby beaches, if you want an easy vacation

Beautiful Villa in Kalkan had a great holiday. Facilities in the villa were great and had everything we needed. There is a couple of little shops and a restaurants within walking distance, however I would strongly recommend a hire car for the villa as the main town would be a long walk. We visited all the restaurants recommended by Yusuf and were all excellent. We also visited the Sunken city in Kekova on a kayak tour and Saklikent gorge which were both amazing trips. Highly recommend this villa! We didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a great trip!

Our stay at Soral Villas was fantastic. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Located on the peninsula, the villa was peaceful and quiet, but an easy couple minute drive into Kaş. Yusuf was a wonderful host - communicative and helpful. We highly recommend checking out his cocktail bar in Kaş city center! We would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

Taraflar dışında gerçekleşen aksiliklere rağmen ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve bize çok destek oldular. Anna ile tanışmak çok güzeldi. Erdem bey de iletişim dahilinde çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı insanlar. Konaklama yeri güzel, sakin ve huzurluydu

Merhabalar. İlk olarak Mustafa beyin kibarlığından ve yardımseverliğinden bahsetmek isterim. Kendisi her konuda en hızlı şekilde yardım sağladı. Her istediğimizde kendisine ulaşabildik. Evin konumu ve manzarası huzur vericiydi. Manzarada kayboluyorsunuz resmen. Havuz hergün düzenli temizlendi. Ev tertemizdi. Mutfak gereçleri 9-10 kişi için yeterliydi. Ev aletleri yeterliydi. Bir tek türk kahvesi makinesi yoktu onun yerine filtre kahve makinesi vardı :) Eve girdiğimizde yumurta, süt gibi gereçlerden çok tatlı bir sepet hazırlanmıştı bizler için. İnce bir düşünceydi. Gerçekten fiyat/performans açısından her kuruşunuza değecek bir tatil yaşadık. Şüpheniz olmadan gidebilirsiniz.

We stayed 1 month, we will be returning. We hired a scooter to get us up & down the hill. We walked up and down a handfull of times during our stay. I would prefer to be up the hill with the views, it takes about 1 minute to get down into the town by scooter. The area is very very safe, very kind & friendly local people. We can't wait to return to Saylam Suites & Kaş.

Her şey mükemmeldi! Konakladığımız ev hem son derece temiz hem de çok zevkli döşenmişti. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortamda, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev sahibi son derece ilgili ve misafirperverdi; ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey düşünülmüştü. Lokasyon da harikaydı, çevrede gezilecek yerlere kolay ulaşım vardı. Özellikle teras manzarası bizi büyüledi. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz. İlk fırsatta tekrar gelmek isteriz.

A lovely villa in an excellent location. Easy to get into the harbour and old town plus a few places within a few minutes including two supermarkets. We were a group of eight and plenty of space. AC worked well too. Arif was very helpful, recommend the boat trip onboard Serenity (booked by Arif), the onboard lunch was fabulous, best day we had.

Herzlichen Dank an Baris und Ersin. Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Man braucht allerdings Auto. Das hat aber der Gastgeber vorher schon gesagt..Der Weg nach oben ist eigentlich zur Fuß zu bewältigen, nur die Hitze macht es etwas schwerer. Unten gibt es mehrere Strände zur Fuß oder mit Taxi. Dolmuş gibt es auch alle halbe Stunde. Nach Kaş dauert mit dem Auto 5 min.. Das Meer ist noptimal zum Schwimmen. Durch das Halbinsel fühlt sich das Meer wie See ohne Wellen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Danke auch dafür, dass wir länger als Checkout- Zeit bleiben durften. Herzliche Grüße Miray

We arrived extremely late so didn’t appreciate the place until the morning but when we opened the blinds and saw the views it was breathtaking. Photos don’t even do the villa justice. It suited all our needs and was a fantastic place for our party of 9. Andrew and Adem were always helpful and responsive. We would definitely like to return!

This is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The photos do not do the view justice! It is a gorgeous apartment, beautifully furnished, and the view is breathtaking. Morning coffee looking out over the Kas harbor and the sea were perfect, as were the sunsets! It was magical. The host was very responsive, refilled the chilled drinking water almost immediately when it ran out, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to cool off after the hike up the hill from the harbor. It definitely requires one to be quite fit, but you could also take a quick 3 minute taxi ride. We enjoyed the exercise and the reward of being at the the beautiful, peaceful Lemon House. Highly recommend this property! Thank you again.

The views are even better than in the pictures! All the rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, with a generous 2 pillows per person. Just a couple of things to note; we were there for 10 days but there was no change of linen in that time. Also the curtains at all the windows are white linen, which is beautifully cool but if you’re bothered by being woken by the morning light, bring an eye mask! We were 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) so the house layout worked perfectly. 8 very good quality sun loungers with lots of space to spread out and plenty of proper shade on the terrace. Wonderful outdoor dining facilities which we used all the time as the views / sunsets are just SPECTACULAR!!! Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly. Cuneyt is her local representative in Kas and was equally as helpful, recommending and booking restaurants for us and telling us about things to do and places to go - a real bonus! Would 100% recommend this place!

Villa was exactly as described and was so handy having an en-suite in every bedroom - especially as we were 8 women. The Pool area was great and it gets the sun all day. The wall is also a great addition as it adds some extra privacy. We arrived really late from the airport and were able to check in and we also appreciate being able to leave our bags after check out. Everything was great!! Thank you - we will be back.

Séjour parfait, un appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel et l’une des plus belles vues que l’on puisse espérer. Dirk est un communicant hors pair qui fournit de façon intelligente toutes les informations utiles pour arriver dans le logement puis de l’utiliser dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Par ex transmettre les plans d’accès avec photos une semaine avant l’arrivée m’a permis de tout traduire à la maison avant le départ et d’arriver sans stress à la résidence. La terrasse est superbe, la literie très confortable et il y a 3 salles de bain!!! Bien équipé. La résidence est paisible et très propre. Kalkan est facile d’accès le soir en voiture ou en taxi. Il faut savoir que Kalkan est assez chic, très fréquenté des touristes anglais et les prix des restaurants sont élevés. Je recommande à 1000% le logement de Dirk.

Her şey fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi, fazlasıyla beklentimizi karşıladı. Kalabalıktan uzak sakin bir tatil için birebirdi. Denize ulaşımı, kendine özel alanımızın olması özellikle tercih sebebimizdi. Ev merkeze 10 dakikalık bir mesafede, arabayla ulaşım oldukça rahat. Manzarası tek kelimeyle mükemmel, evden çıkasımız gelmedi.

Our family had an amazing stay from start to finish! Ahmet and Marie great - responsive and super helpful throughout the stay. The home has STUNNING views over Kas, it is large, clean and very comfortable - and we also appreciated the fresh food supplies waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. It was well-equipped for cooking at home. Parking was easy and the hill, though daunting, was very easy to work around with some parking part way down the hill or with a quick taxi ride back up after walking down. We would highly recommend the place to stay to anyone coming to Kas!
