It has a great view and feels like insulated from the outside world, very suitable for relaxing and relaxing

We spent 5 days, a place we would recommend to everyone. You feel at home. The house has everything you could think of. Mr. Emre was helpful in everything. Perfect place to relax.

It was a beautiful experience where we had a very enjoyable time. The house was exactly the same as in the photos, cleanliness was taken care of, and everything that could be needed in the kitchen was available. The market was within walking distance, and the restaurant and beaches were very close by car. It is very suitable for those who want to spend a holiday in a calm and peaceful village. When we first went, fresh tomatoes and roses were on the table for us, thanks for their nice behavior.

I was delighted with Ahmet's condo living space; it was very comfortable, well-equipped, very safe and quiet with multiple outdoor sitting areas and a beautiful pool surrounded by plants. Ahmet was very responsive to every question I had and he generously provided me with excellent suggestions about historic sites to visit, how to get there and even to help me find accomodation. He arranged my ground transportation from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan. I liked very much the neighbourhood of my condo allowing me to walk into the village daily to have exercise and explore the town. This walk takes about 20 minutes down to the harbour area and is quite steep--totally walkable but one needs to be reasonably fit. I would definitely return to Ahmet's condo and to Kalkan. Thank you so much!

The villa is absolutely beautiful. Sena was an amazing host - she speaks English very well, so it was really easy to communicate with her and we were able to ask her for all of the necessary details. She prepared a presentation for us that included all the best restaurants in the area (definitely check out Vati Ocakbasi Restaurant and Zaika Ocakbasi Restaurant) and the most popular beaches. As for the era, it is really peaceful, you have s store nearby (2-3 min away by car), that is quite fully stocked; for the restaurant, you have to go down to the city of Kas (about 15 min car) - the town is quite picturesque and lively in the evening, the not so great experience tho is trying to find a parking space. Overall, we had an amazing, relaxing stay at Villa Elit, and we would definitely come back!

Onur's place was small and private. The view from the patio was beautiful.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

The villa was clean beyond what was shown in the photos and the items were quite sufficient. The pool and garden were magnificent, the environment was quiet to relax. It was 1-2 minutes by car to the center of Demre in terms of location. Mr. Mehmet provided flexibility at both check-in and checkout and made local recommendations very useful for us. This will be our first choice again for our next visit to Demre/Kaş. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

It was our first time renting a house on a trip, it was our little dream. The location of the house, the view from the window is simply gorgeous. Thanks to the hostess for the early check-in at 13:00, instead of 16:00. It was a pleasure!

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

It was a very nice stay. The fact that the house is on the main road made transportation easier because we were without a car. But it's still hard to walk to at least a minibus to go nearby. Overall the house was clean and convenient. Just some of the pots and pans in the kitchen were worn out. We backed out of using them but overall things were enough. And we found the daily pool cleaning a little inadequate. We cleaned it ourselves. But they were very good at communication. Quick response returned and resolved our needs. The benefit can be preferred in terms of cost.

Süleyman and his family were very caring. They fulfilled our requests from our time there and until our checkout. The house was very, very clean. They immediately entered to clean it again when we left the house. As a location, it is only 10 minutes to the center of Kaş. You can order it from a grocery store. We stayed comfortably. And we met the world's sweetest dog, sushi. If you go, don't forget to love Sushi instead of us 🫶🏻

I stayed 4 nights with my wife and our small breed dog, it is a place to relax, you wake up with pine trees and birds chirping. It's the same as in the photos and the host has thought of everything for you. Our host was very friendly and found solutions to all our questions instantly. We plan to go again :)

We were in touch with Ms. Özlem, since the map shows the wrong place, there is a tiny grocery store in the bathroom, but it was not very full, there were more things in the other local grocery store, there could be mosquito nets on the windows in a beautiful and calm place in a beautiful and calm place, there was a place of the pool close to the center and they immediately gave direction, everything in the house was clean and carefully prepared, there were only details such as hammock in the only natural villas, there was no one in ours, thank you for their support, we had a pleasant holiday

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

Everything was great - small issue finding villa as we had english name for villa and signage was in Turkish. Otherwise any issues we had were quickly resolved and we enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. An easy stroll into Kalkan and very close to all the beach clubs.

Antonis and Christina have a lovely property which is spotlessly clean and next to the water. There are three swimming spots nearby and Antonis is on hand with his water taxi to take you over to St George’s Island where there is swimming and shade and a good taverna. The town is a short walk. Lots of restaurants. Super chilled and very gorgeous. Thank you for looking after us so well :)

Konstantina and Manolis were wonderful hosts. They organized my transfer from and to the airport, welcomed me to their house and treated me to wonderful, homemade desserts and a bottle of wine. The communication with them was very friendly and they were always available. They left detailed suggestions, an extensive telephone catalog and a map of the island for me to use. The house itself is even better than it looks in the photos - impeccably furnished and decorated, charming, extremely functional (especially the fully equipped kitchen!), really clean and within 5 waling minutes from the port. Nothing more I could ask. I had a wonderful stay there, I hope I visit again soon and of course highly recommend it. Many thanks for having me as your guest!

This is our second time renting this place! On our second arrival, we liked the house even more. Every corner in the house is thought out by a caring hostess. If you want to take photos with amazing views and relax like in your home, then you definitely need to come here. We'll definitely be back. Emma was an excellent, informative and friendly host. The beach and little harbour for boat excursions is very close the house. The chaise longue needed to be repaired when I was there, otherwise everything that is needed is in the house and the comfort surpassed my expectations. I would love to come back to Kastellorizo and stay again in Emma’s house.

I have enjoyed my stay! Everything was very clean and the flat is much more bigger than I have expected, full kitchen for cooking, cozy balcony with amazing sunsets and even some friendly cute cats as a bonus. Communication was fast and easy. Thanks, Tahir!

Wonderful place to stay while traveling the Lycian way

We three sisters stayed her for several nights. It was a great location! There is a side patio that we used daily and as people walked by we would strike up conversations with other worldly travelers. There were lots of Australians visiting the island and it was delightful to hear about their connection to Kastellorizo. The bedrooms located upstairs were nice as were the two baths with good sinks and showers located on the ground floor. The kitchen has a big refrigerator and it was easy to prepare a few meals although we mostly ate at the local restaurants. The history of the Scarlet House was so intriguing and we loved all the frame photos around the home. We hope to come back and visit someday and stay here again. The host/owner was very easy to reach and she responded immediately to any and all of our queries.
