This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Our villa is a 5-minute drive from Kalkan, and there are grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. The view is spectacular. Our villa awaits you, our esteemed guests, for a peaceful vacation. Our villa's pool is larger and more spacious than usual; it is 50 square meters. There is a view of the Patara Sea (visible in the distance between two mountains), albeit in the distance.

For you to slow down and relax at this unique and calm getaway. Will you feel special in our Private Beach Villa? The villa is 20 meters from the sea. You will experience the villa you do not have. The pool is heated and the extra heating fee is 250 euros per week. You are required to inform the pool heating that you would like at the time of booking. Payment is taken as extra at check-in
