Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kaş

The pool isn't as big as the image, but the house is spotless. In Kalkan. 15 minutes to Kas. Mr. Ramazan is very interested, you can get an immediate answer to every question. Happy holidays in advance.

Ms. Gülen was a very good hostess. The house was so sweet. We had everything we needed. It felt like our own home. In addition, the house is in the most beautiful compound of Kalkan. There are 2 pools in the compound that you can use and a private sea swimming area. Free transportation is also available on site. I can say that we were very comfortable and had a pleasant week. If I come to Kalkan, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

The location doesn't show it exactly on the maps. But the host described it on the phone and found it. There are supermarkets very close by. Kaputaj and Patara beaches 15er min. The house has a pool where you can enter without being visible to anyone. We were happy with our short vacation.

Mr. Erhan and his wife are extremely hospitable, they helped us feel at home, the house was very clean, everything was considered, there were treats in the refrigerator, Mr. Erhan helped us with the entrance and exit of the house, and if we come back, we would prefer the house of Mr. Erhan again, and we recommend the facility and the location to be very nice.

Thanks Ibrahim, all instructions were clear. The hyper-equipped kitchen with utensils and small appliances - Nespresso, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, mixer, fruit press,etc. Authentic decor. A breathtaking view. Flowered surroundings. Spacious rooms. Perfect value for money. The accommodation is located high up close to the supermarket rich in items of all kinds of food and non-food items, spirits, beach items,etc. A shuttle bus connects you in 3 minutes maximum to the pool and beach (every 10’ ). Super good restaurants on Kalkan but also nearby like ‘Aciktim’. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning at the ground floor, which is compensated by a fan.

Haluk has been a communicative and thorough host and his Villa was a beautiful paradise! The lighting is warm and welcoming in every room and the Villa has a private and secluded outdoor area that made us feel like we were the only people in the area for kilometres. I highly recommend you book to stay here- superbly luxurious and very comfortable!

Beautiful villa in a great location!

We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Nova it was everything we were looking for and our hosts were so responsive - they actually arranged for shopping to be organised and delivered to the Villa for our arrival as it was going to be late and we were mindful of needing a few bits in for the children. Will definitely stay again

It was our first airbnb holiday to be a family, and the lady was very interested, we were able to communicate at any time when there was a problem, we can say that the photos taken are one-to-one. If it's a different place on the line, the pool view is a little far from the magnificent center, but it's worth it, but it's worth it, it's worth it, a full price performance villa is a villa where you can comfortably stay with peace of mind.

We had a pleasant stay in this magnificent villa, very well equipped and located both quietly and close to the town center and all amenities. I stayed for 5 days in this villa. The villa has a beautiful view. The villa is equipped with everything you need. Air conditioners work well. There is a shop at the bottom of the villa. everything corresponds to the description.

stunning villa as shown on the pictures. It has everything you need to accommodate 8 people, it is very well equipped. Quality of furniture and design is very high. And of course the view. However it was very hard to get to the villa, we were unlucky to arrive when the road was destroyed (probably for making an new one) and taxi drivers refused to bring us up and we had to climb by foot. Also sauna doesn’t really work and hits up only up to 30deg. Overall very good experience with some adventures.

The place we stayed was as in the pictures and clean. All the features written in the description were working. The pool was cleaned before we arrived, it was clean inside. We spent several weeks in Turkey, Berat and his place were best of the best. He made himself so available over messaging that I found myself asking him about local things as if he were family; and, lots of people ask us where we stay, and everyone knew who he is. On top of a mountain with a sea view, the place was a retreat and any issues that arose were immediately resolved. Mountain stays can have quirks, but his were minimized. It was ideal. When we decided to extend our stay, his place wasn’t available - so he spent two days finding similar villa options for us with his family and friends and following up until he knew we were good. Would definitely stay again, for a lot of reasons. Not far to city (15 mins at low speeds) and all primary amenities, mini grocery 5 minutes drive. Very private, secured place. Even elec garage for car. Highest review

We really couldn’t find any fault with our holiday. Nothing was ever a problem and the owner was amazing, always on hand and even went above and beyond finding us an unusual request of some wood for our children as they were taking part in a charity tap dance event while we were there. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to return! Thank you.
