House vacation rentals in Kaş

First of all, it is a perfect location to relax, if I plan to go to Kaş again, I would prefer it again and I always recommend it. Everything in the house is thought out to the finest detail, prepared to meet all needs. The most important thing is hygiene and cleanliness, a 10/10 experience was definitely offered. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are sparkling clean, towels and linens are as clean as the first day. The garden landscape is very beautiful, the garden has three seating areas, very comfortable and peaceful. The barbecue in the garden is just what you need. I've had a pool in many of my stays, but this is the first time I've encountered one that is so clean and has such a good system. Garden shower, ping pong table, bean bag chairs, etc. plus amenities. The design and decor of the house is very stylish, a house thought out to the finest detail. If you want to feel alone with nature, peaceful and at home, you should definitely choose this house. Thank you so much to the host for hosting us, I hope we have the chance to stay again.

Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and that there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. Sena was an amazing host - she speaks English very well, so it was really easy to communicate with her and we were able to ask her for all of the necessary details. She prepared a presentation for us that included all the best restaurants in the area (definitely check out Vati Ocakbasi Restaurant and Zaika Ocakbasi Restaurant) and the most popular beaches. As for the era, it is really peaceful, you have s store nearby (2-3 min away by car), that is quite fully stocked; for the restaurant, you have to go down to the city of Kas (about 15 min car) - the town is quite picturesque and lively in the evening, the not so great experience tho is trying to find a parking space. Overall, we had an amazing, relaxing stay at Villa Elit, and we would definitely come back!

The host was very helpful and caring. He was very supportive and welcoming in all our questions. The house was also more beautiful than the photos, we liked the view, the cleanliness and the house itself. We stayed for 3 nights, but I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer. Both the house and the host made us very happy, we definitely recommend it.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

The place is very calm and peaceful. I think it is perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Of course, it is a little far from the city center. There are places without asphalt due to the roads. If we ignore it, I think it is a nice place. There may be some problems for those looking for night entertainment due to the roads, but since we do not go out at night, it is very calm and the weather is very nice. Everything is clean and the employees there, Ms. Mine, are very good. There are two employees. They are also very friendly and good people. By the way, do not forget to take insect repellent with you. Note: I noticed that there are 2 dogs left there. Poor dogs, please let's not forget them and feed them. Those who abandoned them should be ashamed.

Lovely spacious villa with glorious views of the hills and even a little sea view too! About 10 mins from Kalkan centre in a cab which only cost 250 lira and very easy to book. Nearby cafe called Kaliméra did lovely food and delivered too. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking, inc coffee machines and bottle openers etc. Couple of small supermarkets within 15/20 min walk for essentials, but the house had basics like toilet roll, salt and sugar when we arrived. Very helpful host - we requested additional hangers and pool towels on our arrival and brand new ones were delivered within a couple of hours! Daily cleaner who was v quiet and respectful and took the bins away, really can’t fault the villa, the hosts or the workers, all excellent!

It was really better than we expected. It was very nice, very peaceful. Just as advertised. Great location. It was perfect in terms of cleanliness. It had all the amenities. We will miss it a lot ❤️☺️🙏

We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving hostess. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. The view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above of Kalkan and the sea was magical. We were spoiled with treats by Seher and her adorable daughter. A really successful stay, we recommend it.

Mrs. Arzu's father, Uncle Osman, took care of us, he was a very sweet person and helped us a lot. The house was immaculate and just like the photos. All the facilities were provided to make us feel at home, everything was very clean and tidy. Thank you for your hospitality and smiling faces.

What and amazing view from this clean and spacious 2 bedroom appartment. Gokhan was easy to communicate with. The appartment is about 7 mins by car from the centre of Cas. We parked near the appartment then walked up a driveway followed by 3 flights of stairs. The appartment is so spacious and has a huge balcony with spectacular views. We enjoyed this appartment so much. There is a little pebbled beach nearby with restaurants. Thank you Gokhan.

This is our second time renting this place! On our second arrival, we liked the house even more. Every corner in the house is thought out by a caring hostess. If you want to take photos with amazing views and relax like in your home, then you definitely need to come here. We'll definitely be back. We had a wonderful time at Z house. A few things to note: 1) host very attentive, responsive and helpful. 2) place clean and well equipped. 3) location is perfect, near to beach and restaurants ( but slopes quite steep and cobbles - not suitable for elderly, prams, wheelchairs etc. 4) overall, we loved it, loved Kalkan and would totally recommend.

We thank Ms. Melek and her esteemed family, who met our expectations such as the location, reliable family environment, fresh air, village environment, and offered ease of communication in matters such as late hours, etc. Thanks also for the vegetables, a few fruit trees in the garden and centaury oil:) Our nuclear family had a nice memory for our short stay. Transportation without a personal vehicle will be difficult.

It was really great to stay at Selma's house. She welcomed us with her smiling face, kindness and sincere hospitality. The house was spotless, everything was thought out to the finest detail. The location was very central, in a great spot for those who want to visit Kaşı. We also felt at home with the treats and pleasant conversation. We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Nova it was everything we were looking for and our hosts were so responsive - they actually arranged for shopping to be organised and delivered to the Villa for our arrival as it was going to be late and we were mindful of needing a few bits in for the children. Will definitely stay again

I stayed for 5 days in this villa. The villa has a beautiful view. The villa is equipped with everything you need. Air conditioners work well. There is a shop at the bottom of the villa. everything corresponds to the description.

It was a wonderful holiday. It is great that the location and the view of the house are within walking distance to the markets, and that Patara Beach and Kaputaş Beach can be reached by minibus. The interior design of the house, especially the kitchen utensils, is very useful. Mr. Mustafa is very interested. It was a great experience for us...

The host was very interested and helped with everything. The house and pool were spotless. There was toilet paper, dish soap, towels, etc. in the house. Everything was great. You can stay without thinking.

She was very helpful before and during stay. She tried to come up with solution in every small problems. Communication was fast and easy with her. Villa was the same as in the photos. Only problem was she didn't mention about the cats which is walking/sleeping inside and outside of the house and garden. It wasn't problem for us but might become a problem for others.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Serhat and his family for their divine care. When we entered the house and opened the refrigerator, the tomatoes, peppers and eggplants they brought from their greenhouse were legendary. The house is more beautiful than the photos. 5 minutes to Kalkan, 5 minutes to Patara beach. 2 minutes away from Yeşilköy center. The pool is longer and cleaner than the pool of other villas. We had no problems with cleanliness. There are plenty of places to sit and spend time outside and inside the house. Recommended for families looking for a place to stay. It's a quiet and calm place. Perfect for relaxing. Everything was beautiful. Thanks again for everything.
