Very pleasant stay with a magnificent view of the bay. We also enjoyed the calm and the high-quality service from our host. Thomas is very attentive and always ready to please. We might come back one day.

The place is very roomy, sitting in a good central location where you can access the nicest local beaches, towns and activities within 20 minutes by car. The host, is a very friendly person who helped us during our stay with all of our needs and great recommendations of things to do in the area. There are two restaurants in the village, we only tried the one next to us which made the best chips we've ever had. The house is equipped with air-conditioning in the main room and the kitchen which became a factor in our heatwave stay. It does take a bit time to cool down the rest of the rooms but once cooled they stay at a comfortable temperature. Sakis was so kind to provide with extra fans when asked. The house is quite modern with everything you might need in the kitchen plus extra appliances. It is equipped with a smart TV and a jacuzzi! The host has done a great job at providing almost everything you might expect in a holiday home (playing cards, games, cooking ingredients etc).

Outstanding accommodation, we were very impressed. The view from the balcony/terrace was extraordinary ! Inside, everything we needed was provided and the place was super clean. Konstantinos and Nefeli were so helpful (and lovely). Would 100% recommend.

Perdika is well located to enjoy the beaches but also the hinterland which enjoys very beautiful vegetation
