We had a perfect stay - everything was as described, the small touches (airport transfer, complimentary car hire) made our stay and the free breakfast every morning was delicious! The pool and surroundings were beautiful, and Stamatina not only made recommendations of places to visit and where to eat but also booked things on our behalf! The later checkout on the final day to allow us to chill around the pool before our evening flight was the cherry on top. Everything is set up by Stamatina to remove any hassle and stress and ensure you enjoy your holiday to the fullest - thank you so much for your hospitality, we will definitely be staying again in future!

Quiet accommodation. Close to Fira 15/20mn walk. Central location on the island, 20/30 minutes by quad bike from Oia to the north 20/30 minutes to the south and 10/15 minutes from the beaches of Kamari... The shared pool is very nice.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sofia’s house! From the moment we arrived, Sofia and her lovely family made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly kind, warm, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we could possibly ask for — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Even their sweet dog added to the experience — so friendly and well-behaved! It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and we’re so grateful for it. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

This was such a great little find with such a beautiful setting and pool. Absolutely idyllic for me. Great location, quietly set back from the main sea front and yet minutes away from the main restaurants, bars, bus stop etc.

Dora upgraded us to the suite room with jacuzzi and plunge pool. Kostas and Jenny went out of their way to make our stay most comfortable. Amazing breakfast, Awesome location and above all very kind and helping people all around. Would definitely recommend and come back.

This cave apartment is the authentic Santorini experience. The views are breathtaking and it is located in the heart of everything you think of when you think of Santorini. Unless you are wanting to be pampered in one of the newer spa apartments with a jacuzzi I would 100% recommend this apartment.

Have a good experience! Very nice hotel in Akrotiri, a beautiful saltwater pool, sunbeds available, clean rooms, daily cleaned, bar and restaurant available and welcoming staff. The only problem is in the noise of our room (number 13) located just below the restaurant… So a lot of machine noises, chairs, various clacs quite early in the morning (7am) and late at night (11pm). In addition to this detail adjusted with quiescent balls, very pleasant stay!

We had a great time! The location is close to the airport, easy to access if you rent a quad to reach other cities and especially very clean. The hotel staff do the linens and cleaning every day and very discreetly. Everything was perfect. Note however: no iron and rather hard mattress…

This was was the best decision i made and thanks to previous guest reviews as they help my choice. The host Gorge and staff were second to none in service and hospitality. Room was serviced daily with fresh everything! Stayed for a week and had no regrets in location choice as it just a short walk to restaurant and the famous Black Beach everyone comes to see. I appreciated that it was less busy compared to Fira as i prefer to retreat to quiet/calm and Perissa was excellent for it. I appreciated the pool and bar as you didnt have to venture far to cool off with a drink, if you didn’t feel like going out. I cannot fault my stay for any reason. As a solo female travelled i felt very safe and well looked after at Phevos Villa. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I guarantee you will not regret it. My flight was an evening one and they were kind enough to store my bags so i can spend the day at the beach and was able to shower before my transport pick up to airport. Thank you so much 🙏🏾

Our stay was amazing! After traveling for 15 days across Europe this was by far the best stay we had. The family of this family owned hotel was one of the most polite, helpful, and down to earth people we encountered our entire trip. The hotel not only had beautiful sites, but very easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Need a place an ATV to rent? They do it for you. Need a ride to and from the airport? They will do it for you. Need to be picked up in Fira or Oia? They will do it for you. When I say this is a shut your brain off and relax kind of place to stay, I mean it. Thank you for giving us the best trip, we promise to be back!!

Great place to stay! Love the location. Comfortable and clean. Incredible view from patio. Appreciated them setting up airport transportation. Very responsive and friendly.

Pension George was a complete delight, the accommodation, host and Charlie were all excellent. The rooms were clean, the pool was fantastic, and the location was great, with easy connections to the rest of the island. But the best part of the stay was Eirini who was so welcoming, helpful and her and Charlie were fun extra company on our holiday. She gave us loads of advice and dealt with all transfer bookings and a boat trip for us. We could not have had as good and as relaxing a holiday without. Thank you

Lovely stay and the host was so helpful and nice

This was a great choice for us! The host was so nice, and gave us rides where we wanted to go (at rates cheaper than ride shares) and was extremely pleasant, making sure we were safe and taken care of wherever we went. We were also able to explore the area on foot easily enough. Shopping, great food and spectacular views just a few minutes from our place. The place was cleaned daily, we were given fresh towels for beach and bath. It was perfect! Thank you!

It was a wonderful stay. The place is perfectly located and right on the beach. The woman who looked after the accommodation was super friendly and we felt very comfortable throughout. We would book the place again anytime!

GREAT stay if you want to be close to the iconic Santorini streets and Caldera views, but can’t afford a villa right in central Oia. It’s a short walk to the busy streets and you can enjoy the quieter area with a pool view of the ocean. The room was large and it’s located right by the bus stop! We greatly appreciated the hospitality and the free morning breakfast was great!

The Manager go above and beyond with customer service. we are greeted nicely when we arrive and he helped us with booking local activities such as small cruise. Breakfast is a bonus. The room is small tho so there isn’t enough space if you have more lugagge.

Perfect location! They very easily arranged a car rental which made things amazingly easy! The Cave of Nicholas is an awesome restaurant.
