Our house,which is in the forest near the sea, is within 30 minutes distance from Bostancı and 1 hour from Besiktas/Kabatas/Eminonu by ferry. In the house, the only sound that break the silence are the chirping of birds and the whistle of ferries. In our island, where blue meets green, you can walk in the forest breathing fresh air, enjoy the sea and sun, hang out in the town centre, which is only 15 minutes walking distance, and work remotely with decent wifi connection.In winter,it has heater.

Giriş katta geniş muhteşem manzaralı(İstanbul, Ruhban Okulu, Büyükada, Burgazada; Kınalıada) bir salon , ortak mutfak ve ortak balkon var. Bu kat ayrıca meyve ağaçları bulunan bir bahçeye açılıyor. Bahçede sabit bir barbekü de bulunuyor. Üst katta ise yatak odaları ve banyo bulunuyor.

Tarihi eser küvetli oda

130 yıllık tarihi eser köşkümüz; taş duvarlarla kaplı, tavanı ve tabanı ahşaptır, orijinal küvetli banyolu odasıdır. Ada merkezine 750 metre mesafededir, çam ormanları içerisinde, deniz manzaralıdır. Fiyatlarımıza kahvaltı dahildir, ek ücret karşılığında yemek hizmeti de vermekteyiz. Bahçemizde 10 metre uzunluğunda yüzme havuzumuz, üst katta çok geniş bir balkonumuz ve büyükçe şöminemiz toplamdaki 4 oda için ortak alan olarak sunulmaktadır.
