Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kartal

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

I can say that it was the most suitable place to stay in this beautiful location in Istanbul. My favorite part was that the inside and especially the bathroom was spotless. Therefore, I was comfortable. Thank you.

It was clean. Hot. Comfortable and comfortable. It just needs to be corrected to 11 checkout times. I was satisfied with the stay outside of all of these.

I booked this apartment for my parents who visited Turkiye for medical treatment. From the start, we received a friendly welcome message with clear instructions (lots of helpful pics) about the location of the apartment. Mr. Ediz greeted my parents with a small welcome gift and helped them check in which was so welcomed since my parents day had been long after chemo treatment. The apartment is new, clean and beautiful. My mom esp did not stop raving about how clean it was with all the needed amenities. Outside there are lots of restaurants and shops too which is great for change of scenery. We will definitely stay here again.

Extremely convenient to the major attractions, could see the blue mosque from my window so was able to wander over several times at different times of day. Walkable to Grand Bazaar, Spice Market , Cistern , Palace, Hagia Sophia….you do pay the price for being in the most popular tourist spot but if it’s your first time to Istanbul I highly recommend.

Great place to stay with reasonable price

Hotel Marmara was amazing! The location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minutes walk from Haggia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast spread on the roof-top patio was varied and delicious, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.
