Villa vacation rentals in Karpathos

We were impressed by hospitality of Nikos and his family! He is friendly, helpful, flexible and always available. Location is very convenient, as it's close to the center, but yet peaceful and away from crowds. House is comfortable, nice design with traditional elements, kitchen is well equiped and there is a nice outdoor area. We highly recommend staying at Nikos's house!

We felt like home from day 1. The house was small but ideal for 6 people, with the amenities and everything that one would have at home. Violeta and Antoni, are extremely nice and welcoming, they were super friendly. The place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacations. We fell in love with the island and with the house!!

Villa Sofia è una casa eccezionale, ampia, spaziosa, dotata di tutte le comodità e gli accessori. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la sua luminosità e lo splendido panorama che si gode dalle finestre affacciate sull'Acropoli di Arkasa. Il paese è piccolo e tranquillo, ma vi si trovano tutti i negozi necessari, bar, ristoranti e perfino una farmacia. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 10 minuti scarsi di cammino. Sofia è stata un'ospite davvero premurosa, simpatica ed accogliente e abbiamo scambiato con lei alcune preziose chiacchierate. Un ricordo affettuoso va anche al professor Costantino, giardiniere infaticabile e memoria storica del Dodecaneso!

A good location and very easy to reach from the airport. We found everything we need in the house and spent 8 wonderfull days on the Karpathos island. Moreover for windsurfer it's a paradise...

Das Quartier, ein Steinhaus ist sehr wohnlich, zeitgemäss eingerichtet, unweit vom Strand, direkt an der Dorfstrasse des kleinen Fischerdorfes. Gegenüber liegt die Bushaltestelle und die saubere Katzenstation. Wir waren Ende April bis Anfangs Mai zun Klettern da. Sehr ruhig und stimmig. Evdoxia ist eine sympathische, perfekte, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns zum Empfang mit dem Wein ihres Vaters verwöhnt und alles erklärt Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Gute Betten und ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Aber leider kein Zimmerservice. Das Studio kann man gut abdunkeln und wäre auch perfekt mit Kind. Küche mit nagelneuer Grundausstattung [Salz, Pfeffer, Küchenrolle, Kaffekapsel, ..] Der Müll wurde alle paar Tage entsorgt. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Stavros’ place wax honestly one of the best houses we have ever rented. It matched the description completely, was modern very clean and with a very nice swimming pool and an excellent view. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Karpathos for holidays (or even for remote working for a month or so) Staff on site was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.

Beautiful suite, the small private pool is wonderful, the house is simple yet very comfortable, located in one of the best parts of the island. Tina is helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Troppi pochi giorni di vacanza. Torneremo certamente da Stavros se ritorneremo a Kárpathos. Tutto è stato perfetto. Antonis è Violeta sempre disponibili e gentilissimi

Villa da sogno,esattamente come nelle foto pubblicate. Accoglienza, pulizia, spazi enormi, ben tenuti e molto puliti. Vista mozzafiato sulla baia meravigliosa di Amoopi. George è stato davvero disponibile,gentile e accogliente. È stato tutto perfetto

Villa Pleiada ist ein Traum! absolut ruhig gelegen, Blick aufs Meer und die umliegenden Hügel, manchmal kommen die Ziegen vorbei. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann (besser als meine eigene Wohnung). Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Trampolin und Spielsachen für Kinder, Top Küchenausstattung, Hygieneartikel uvm. Die Kommunikation mit Zuzi war super, sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir einige Leckereien als Geschenk vor. Man braucht unbedingt ein eigenes Auto, dann kommt man schnell nach Pigadia und zu vielen wunderbaren Stränden. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können, am liebsten wäre ich dort eingezogen :) Danke für alles!

Spacious villa with large (saltwater) pool and veranda overlooking the sea as well as the town of Amoopi, ideal to relax and unwind either for families or a group of friends. The house itself is very well equipped and is quitely located a 5-minute drive from the great beaches of Amoopi and some local small shops. As well the capital city is a short 12-minute drive away and a good starting point for exploring both the east and west coast of Karpathos. They have a local contact who's very supportive for any kind of questions or support on the spot. Please mind there's a dirt road for the last 1.5 km to the house, you however don't need a 4-wheel drive to master the road. We very much enjoyed our stay at Catia&Claudio's villa and can only highly recommend for anyone visiting the lovely island of Karpathos! Thanks again for having us.

The place is fantastic in a nice location. The hosts are sympathetic and easy to communicate with. The place is really clean with a nice view. Everything is perfect.

Location e vista splendide, ogni cosa sia all’interno che all’esterno é curata nei minimi particolari. E a fine giornata é bello rientrare ed immergersi nella vasca idromassaggio sospesa tra cielo e mare. Un grazie a Tina sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta o informazione.

We had the most wonderful week in Karpathos! The villa was perfect, in a great location for exploring the island and plenty of space for the both of us to work from. Manolis gave us great recommendations on where to eat out, especially being the off season on the island. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy for us to stay in to cook as well. Manolis was an amazing host with unrivalled hospitality and generosity. Our day out on his boat exploring hidden beaches around the island was the highlight of our trip! The villa was a great home away from home, well equipped with laundry facilities and great TV. We would highly recommend Zoi's villa and we can't wait to come back!!

This was our second time at Askelinos villas. We really enjoyed our first time and we were extremely happy with our second stay too. The swimming pool is just the right size for a family, with great water at the right temperature. The villa is very clean and gets cleaned on a daily basis. Very peaceful location, you can enjoy your evening outside by the pool. Karpathos is a very beautiful island, worth exploring with a car.

A estadia foi perfeita. Ótima localização do aeroporto e do KITE e windsurf. Apartamento super novo e limpo. Piscina ótima. Academia excelente. Voltaremos com certeza!

diamanto und seine Schwester haben sich von Anfang an seit der Buchungsanfrage perfekt, schnell und freundlich um all unsere Fragen und Bedürfnisse gekümmert. immer freundlich und hilfsbereit wie sie waren durften wir sogar länger bleiben beim Check Out da unser Flug so spät ging. bereits bei der Ankunft stand sofort ein Taxi trotz später Stunde bereit und brachte uns zu unserer wunderschönen und gepflegten Unterkunft,wo uns diamanto sofort empfing und uns alles freundlich erklärte in perfektem Englisch! er war steht's erreichbar und zeigte uns alles was der kleine Ort zu bieten hatte. sogar zweimal boten sie uns an uns zu anderen Orten und Stränden mit zu nehmen das war mehr als wir erwartet haben und unglaublich aufmerksam da wir ja ohne Auto unterwegs waren. jeden Tag bekamen wir ein spitzen Frühstück das wir für einen kleinen Betrag jeden Abend für den nächsten Tag bei ihm bestellten und natürlich Getränke und Kaffee. wunderbarer Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.
