Well appointed and clean room with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, couch and desk. A very comfortable stay, with a private entrance and garden area. The hosts David and Kerry are amazing, they made me feel right at home from the small treats and welcome goodies they left in the room, to showing me the local sites, public transport routes, walking trails and restaurants.

An absolutely gorgeous house in an idyllic spot, overlooking the Wellington Harbour. Guthrie Cottage had everything we needed, and nothing we didn't. The beds were comfortable, the central heating was amazing, and the water pressure good. The ideal location to get away from any hustle and bustle, and to be lulled to sleep by the sea on your doorstep. We had a very peaceful, relaxing stay at Guthrie Cottage - will be back!

Thank you Tania. Absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. We are country lovers so this couldn’t have been better for us. Loved looking at the horses out the window / door. Loved the sounds of the birds in the evening and the morning. I got a little confused finding the cottage at first as I went up the left driveway to the main house, not the right driveway. But was able to get hold of Tania promptly and she was able to redirect me. This is a beautiful rustic type cottage with the space really well thought out. I didn’t mind the kitchenette in the bathroom. Obviously as long as you keep everything sanitary as you use it it’s not an issue. Kind of the same situation if you were to stay in a caravan everything is close together amenities wise. Was nice and warm and super cosy. Would absolutely stay here again. What an amazing place, with a view even more stunning than it appears in the photo! Everyday I felt compelled to take a photo of the constantly changing scene laid out in a 180 degree panorama. Benoit was a very thoughtful and responsive host, and it was everything my family (two adults, two kids) needed for our visit to Wellington. It is a very comfortable and beautiful house, and a handy location including shops a few minutes drive away and a great cafe a few minutes walk down the path. Although looks a bit out of town on the map, it is a short and easy drive into the city. Oscar the cat was soon part of the family and our son was very sad to say goodbye!

Was great to have the space for a family get together. Was warm in bedrooms but needed the fire in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay. Natalie was a very good host. As soon as we arrived Cha Cha took us down to the river for a play. Samba the cat was very confident and fun too. The place is really nice and the tree house is super cosy and warm. In a safe and peaceful location. Would stay again.

Fantastic house for our young family, we stayed in August and it was nice and warm. Location is great, as well as the view. Good value for money. Really loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom and having the heat pump on when we arrived was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is super clean, modern, tidy and has new appliances and so on. It felt quiet and private and has a big back yard and off street parking. Our host were communicative and responsive, and check in was super easy.

Haiying's tree top apartment is absolutely delightful - with stunning views of the bay and Wellington. We loved our short stay - just wished we had longer to enjoy it!

less than 5 mins drive from beach. Quiet and is a home away from home. lovely cafe around the corner. close to all kapiti coast beaches and short commute to Wellington. great kitchen with all the utensils and good BBQ. Beds were comfy. highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely stay, felt like home. Warm and welcoming. Added bonus of portable cot use and toys to entertain the kids. Has all you need to enjoy and relax. Spacious enough for my Whanau. Very responsive helpful hosts.

We loved our stay at Little 6. Rochelle is a fantastic host - she communicated well, provided clear instructions, and was super responsive. From the homemade granola to coffee pods and bottle of juice, we were made to feel welcome. Titahi Bay is an awesome location to stay when travelling to Wellington. We usually stay in the CBD but opted for Titahi and loved the local Porirua Art Centre.

My husband and I stayed at Felicity's home with our 4 young kids for 6 weeks while our house was being renovated. It was exactly as it was described, A Warm, Tranquil Family Home just perfect for us. We loved our stay. The kids loved exploring outside playing on the swing. There were plenty of toys, puzzles and games to keep the kids amused which was great because we literally only had to bring our clothes. The bed - in my 39 years was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and Felicity provided a list of things to do in the area and places to eat. There were plenty of seasonal vegetables growing in the garden that Felicity invited us to help ourselves to which I thought was very kind, communication was excellent throughout our stay. Could not recommend her highly enough. Michelle

Caroline and Markus were such beautiful hosts. responsive when needed help and adaptable when I was in pickle. I was hosting friends from over seas and this place made for a really easy and meaningful time. especially having the native wildlife right outside the window. Will definitely come here again if I ever need. much thanks!

Wonderful apartment. If you aren't from the area, the parking is really hard to navigate. Since it's street parking, there isn't always a spot nearby, so be prepared to walk uphill with your suitcase. We decided to taxi around most of the time so we could keep our spot. This was the only downside, everything else was great!

Great few days at Ollys place. if you like the inner city vibe, this is the place for you as everything is so handy. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, lovely stylish spaces. Awesome bed and amazing hot water!

Great place, handy to the University and the cable car to get down to the city. Perfect for what we needed.

Great apartment tucked away in the thick of it all — easy walking distance from Te Papa museum and the waterfront, easy Uber rides to Wētā Workshop and the airport, easy access to loads of restaurants and bars on Cuba Street. We had less than 48 hours in Wellington but this stylish place helped us make the most of it.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. We were greeted on arrival, with quick and timely responses as we made our way to the location. Immediately we felt right at home. A booklet was provided with information for all the amenities, alongside recommendations. The apartment was very warm and inviting, and the beds were really comfortable- we all slept incredibly well! Check in and check out we’re really easy and flexible, and it was nice to have a space for us all to chill together! Thank you 😊
