We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

The Caddo Caboose was used at the Longhorn Ammunition Plant in Karnack, Texas. When the Army shut the plant down thirty or so years ago, the Caddo Caboose was created with the car being made it into a unique weekend getaway. The Caboose is fully furnished 1 bedroom lodge with living, dining & bathroom areas as well as WiFi, Cable & DVD amenities. All you have to bring is the food you want to cook & your toiletries. A charcoal grill is provided on a private deck overlooking the water.
