The pool was a highlight—perfectly maintained and ideal for both relaxing and fun with family or friends. The music system was a pleasant surprise—great quality sound throughout the space, adding to the overall vibe. The home is both family- and baby-friendly, with plenty of space for little ones to move around safely. At the same time, it’s equally perfect for a group of friends looking to unwind and enjoy together. The hosts were responsive and warm, making our stay seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that ticks all the boxes—comfort, fun, and style!

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. The place was amazing and exactly matched the description. Overall, me and my friends had an amazing time there and we really look forward to visit again soon.

A Perfect Getaway in Goa! I recently stayed at this stunning villa in Goa with four of my friends, and it was truly the best escape we could’ve asked for! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home and more. The private pool was definitely a highlight—we spent hours relaxing and making the best memories ❤️🎬. We had cozy movie nights, endless laughs, and everything just felt so peaceful and special. It really was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. A big shoutout to our host, Alison, who was incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming from the very start. She made sure we had everything we needed and added such a personal touch to our experience. If you're looking for a peaceful yet vibrant place to unwind in Goa, this villa is a must. The Loja exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed complete privacy, peace and tranquility despite being just a 30- minute ride from Panjim. The highlight of The Loja is it's location right next to a lake. You get sweeping views of the lake, mangroves and the surrounding hills right from the front of the cottage. Wake up early enough and you are greeted in bed by the rising Sun and melodious birdsong! The Loja has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The huge windows let ample light in and allows for stunning views right from the bed! The hosts were thoughtful to provide milk, fruits, eggs, bread, etc. to take care of our first couple meals. The warm hospitality extended to us by the manager Mr. Vincent Lobo was exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. He was thorough in his explanations, polite, generous and always eager to help. Our time at The Loja will remain with us for a long time and it will always be the top priorty for our future Goa visits.

We had a really peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a cozy living room, an AC bedroom, a nice bathroom and a balcony. There was also an open kitchen with all the necessary equipment, which made it easy to cook our own meals. The whole place had a calm, quiet vibe, perfect for unwinding. The host made sure everything was taken care from nearby restaurant recommendations to external laundry facilities. The listing is conveniently located whether you want to visit the calm village island of Diwar, the beautiful churches of Old Goa, the Nightlife that Panjim has to offer or the hinterlands of Goa.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.
