The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios on the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Nearby are a marina, fish smokehouse and restaurants. During the summer months, you can easily get out to the islands in the beautiful archipelago with the archipelago boat from Matvik.
