Near the house there is a fenced playground, tennis courts, a football field and the nearby Jimlíkov quarry for swimming. The bus stop is 100 m from the house. The house is located directly on the bike path No. 2016. It is a starting point for winter and summer activities.

A small studio apartment of 20m2 is located in the Art Nouveau villa Frank from 1882, about 100 m from the main spa colonnade. The studio apartment underwent (October - December 2019) a reconstruction of the bathroom and wooden floor. It is cozily furnished for sleeping and for a longer stay. Only a classic TV is currently missing. I can lend you a laptop with O2TV logged in. Please note that the sleeping area is upstairs (maisonette). Parking on private property is possible for a fee of 200 CZK/night/car. Reservation required.
