We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

The place is clean and modern with everything you need. It is also easy to reach from the center and close to the Saunia Thermal Spa. The host let us know when the apartment was ready so we were able to go in earlier. The only downside is that the apartment is next to a busier road, so you can hear some traffic noise inside.

Die Wohnung liegt im dritten bzw. vierten Stock und ist ausschließlich über Treppen erreichbar, was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen etwas mühsam sein kann. Aufgrund der Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone würde ich die Wohnung eher jüngeren Menschen empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und praktisch, und die vielen Spielsachen für die Kinder kamen bei ihnen hervorragend an. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ich erhielt schnell und kompetent Antworten auf meine Fragen, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, Verdunkelungsrollos zu installieren, da die Sonne früh in die Wohnung scheint und uns geweckt hat. Rundum war unser Kurzurlaub super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt – ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe von Wasserquellen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und ideal für unsere Familie mit 5 Personen. Alles hat super gepasst, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder!

Ich habe ein paar Tage mit meinen Kids und meinem Hund in der schönen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen und sage gleich...: wir kommen wieder! :-) Die Gegend ist ruhig und wunderschön gelegen, schnell ist man in Karlsbad. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnküche ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich, alles ist durchdacht und selten habe ich so eine gut ausgestattete FeWo gesehen. Im Garten konnten Hund und Kinder spielen und entspannen. Und auch lieben Dank für die vielen Ausflugstipps!
