It was the best vacation we've ever had. Endless thanks to the host. They were warm and caring as if we were on vacation with a family elder. The house was spotless and everything was perfect. The house is very close to the center of the island, food and drink spots and the most beautiful bays. The hosts are overly considerate and friendly. Thank you so much to the hosts for their support and a great home experience on the island. We made a friend, family on the other side of the island. They always have a house in Turkey as in our chios… Endless thanks to Simos and his wife 🙏

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely home in one of the best spots in Chios. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Everything was smooth, and we felt truly well taken care of. Thanks again for the warm hospitality!

Our host greeted us with a smile. The house was very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. All our needs were taken care of. The house is located in a garden with olive trees. It was very enjoyable to listen to the sounds of birds. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed that balcony. In addition, the host's treat basket prepared specifically for Chios Island was a very thoughtful detail.❤️ We had a very pleasant stay for four people. Since we went with our own vehicle, we had no difficulty in reaching the center and other touristic areas. There was a safe parking space for the car in the garden of the house. We also had no problems with hot water. We didn't come across any items that didn't work at home. If it was our 👏🏻 own house, we wouldn't be praising it so much 😅

We feel like we have a home-base in Chios now. The house is really spacious, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big couch, a big antique desk if you are planning to work remotely. We stayed here with our 6 month old baby and had the best time. With our baby, it took us about 10-12 minutes to walk to shoreline, a walk we have done for about 7-8 times in 4 days easily. You are pretty much right next to downtown, hence you can easily walk to restaurants, cafeterias and bars. Parking was easy, the house is on a very silent street and you can just park there. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The host is extremely responsive. They provided chocolate croissants, bananas and water when we came, which was super helpful. It is an excellent place to stay.

Georges instructions were amongst the clearest I've ever been given on AirBnB. The apartment was perfectly located one block from the square. The three restaurants in town were all amazing. We only had one minor issue (inconsistent water pressure), and he contacted someone in the village to resolve it that night, and then a plumber to double check all is working well. Our baby was unwell, so we couldn't do all of the trails, but what we did do was great. George made sure to offer any assistance with the hospital, and with any translations or pharmacy pickups.

A small balcony features a wooden table and two cushioned chairs, with a view of the sea and a distant cargo ship on the horizon. Green foliage is visible along the railings, providing a natural complement to the tranquil setting.

Stefanos took great care of us from the moment we arrived here, and my wife and daughter had problems at customs, Stefanos helped them, I would like to thank him very much for this, we had a very nice holiday thanks to him, the house was magnificent, the view, the interior of the house, everything was perfect, if we come to Chios again, our choice will be Stefanos' apartment, he is a very friendly, caring, warm person, we thank him again
