Cozy, older timed house of 21 sqm with all the comforts. The house is high situated overlooking the Barken lakes. The plot is clearly demarcated by its hillside towards the next house that is a permanent residence. As customary in Dalarna, the house stands on terminals and is only used for summer residents, the house is suitable for a couple or small family. Private patio with sun loungers and barbecue. Pets welcome. Close to different swimming areas. Nice hiking trails and the opportunity to kayak, fish or bike.

Torp with lovely garden in rural surroundings

This is a classic falur meat little cottage with lovely sparkling garden in the summer months. Inside there is a combined living room and double bedroom, a newly equipped bathroom with shower and a small country kitchen with fireplace. Next to the house are gardens, fields and an old farmhouse. At the knot, a popular bike trail passes by and there are many nice rural walking paths to choose from. Two km away is Sala Silvergruva and into the city center it is about five km. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Fantastic lake view in large Villa in Stjärnsund.

Large villa with spectacular lake views in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy morning sun as evening sun and a fantastic sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. One hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice swimming as much as we do, the ice hole is open all winter.

Welcome to this cozy nest at the Dalälven edge, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and wifi. Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Nybyggt hus/stuga med fantastiskt läge vid Dalälven. Välkommen att känna lugnet och harmonin i denna naturnära, vackra miljön precis i utkanten av stan, endast 3 km in till Avesta centrum där restauranger och shoppingcenter finns. Stugan ligger på vår gård och en värd finns därmed ofta till hands.

Here you live in a cozy log house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in the tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 min away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license 50kr/ day.
