We found Lawrence's apartment to he very clean and well designed for both of our stays there. With everything new and clean, 2 this inthe Bedroom and the Lounge Room, fats elevators, security and a concierge along with being a very short walk to the Aeon Shopping Mall with all the services you'd expect. Lawrence was fantastic to deal with when checking in and checking out. Lawrence was very fast to respond to any messages we sent and very helpful. We highly recommend Lawrence as a Host to anyone staying for a short or longer term stay.

Beautiful, clean, nice smell in the unit and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. We have a bit technical issue during check in but Jacqueline and Shimon was very responsive to settle it. .

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! The studio apartment was not only stylish and comfortable but also perfectly designed for a hassle-free stay. The highlight? The breathtaking panoramic like view from the 23rd floor—it felt like waking up in the clouds every morning. The building itself is packed with everything you could need. A great gym, a beautiful pool, and even a fantastic laundry service that made my stay effortless. Receptionists are always in a good mood and eager to help. I’ve never had a so hassle free food delivery and pick up! And having a restaurant right in the building? A total game-changer! Whether you’re staying short or long-term, this place has it all—convenience, comfort, and an unbeatable view. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back! Amazing experience and amazing host always ready to help and provide excellent service 10/10.

I am very appreciative of Rubens efforts in this experience. My family members enjoyed the well furnished apartment, gorgeous view, and one of the best qualities was the fact Ruben provided lots of items for the guests like higiene products, books, games. Makes things practical, comfortable and feels like home.

Location: amazing. Has a direct path to the mall. Area: safe because of the security staff and receptionists Room: simple but has the necessary equipment/furniture/utensils

Nadia‘s place has an incredible view and was as described in the listing. Enjoyed easy access to the mall next-door and other amenities in the Kawachi area. We really felt it was set up and cared for well; definitely roof book again!!

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was super clean, smelled really nice, and had everything we needed. So convenient! The location is awesome too. Really close to the toll gate and just a short walk to McD. Merry was an amazing host. Very quick to respond, and really helpful. Would totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Had a lovely stay at Nina’s place in Jakarta! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Nina is a thoughtful and responsive host, making sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Superb jogging track just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Couldn’t get enough of the amazing exercise facilities - both in the society as well as outdoors 😄 Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is superb👌I definitely didn't get any issues during my entire stay, not to mention that the host was so friendly and easy to approach. He'll make it sure that everything is in order before your arrival, everything is going well during your entire stay (will check on you from time to time) and ensuring that you'll get the best stay. I love the hospitality of the host, as he even offered to show me around Jakarta with his family members. You can never go wrong booking this property as this is situated in a place not a lil far from the city of Jakarta. This place is even close to the airport. Overall was excellent stay. The only thing that dissapointing was the staff & security in the pool area. We tried to take family photo shoots in the pool area, but they didn't allow us to enter.

Unfortunately, my stay didn’t meet expectations due to the location being different from what was advertised or implied. The listing suggested it was in a specific area, but upon arrival I found it was actually (west) quite far from where I expected to be. I recommend that the host clarify the exact location more accurately in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. The space itself was clean and matched the photos, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated.

Nice room in a nice new apartment building. We enjoyed our stay here for a week. Gym is well equipped and pool also clean and nice. People work in reception area are also friendly.

Dari awal saya menunjukkan tempat ini, tamu saya langsung suka, dan pelayanannya juga bagus banget, host sangat proaktif dan juga ramah, dan sempat ada masalah listrik di hari ketiga menginap tapi host langsung gercep untuk panggil tukang listrik, It's been wonderful stay!

Apartment yang sangat bersih, view yang bagus dikala siang maupun malam. Di sediakan sabun dan peralatan mandi lengkap sekali sabun cuci tangan pun tersedia ac yang dingin di seluruh ruangan wifi dengan koneksi yang cepat fasilitas pool dan gym juga cukup baik host yg responsive dan informatif 😃 benar benar terasa di rumah sendiri absolutely will comeback here on next visit to BSD
