Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Karawaci

Mr Ferianda was such a kind man and his family was so warm too, first of all thanks for warm welcoming. He was really helpful and really fast for replying messages or questions. I accommodated for 3 weeks and the apartment was really clean and well arranged. he gave almost everything that needed for living long term. Kitchen was good enough for cooking and all electronics were working perfectly. there are good facilities that you can use like inside and outside pools, gazebo area, billiard, table tennis etc... the tower management and employee are friendly and kind too. with my all regards, thanks Pak Feri 🙏🏻

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

very clean apartment, the room is spacious and spacious. Modern and sophisticated. The hot water is very good not only in the bathroom but also in all taps, up to the dishwashing tap. there is a washing machine. free parking. complete facilities. The apartment is still very new. so there are some installs that are not complete. over all 5 stars

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is neat and clean, sanitaries, towel, extra blanket provided, all AC in the room working as expected, TVs are small but no one really watch them as the place is really near walking distance to ICE where our exhibition located, you'll be busy :). nice and clean kitchen. quite location.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Next if there is an event on ice lg we will definitely stay here again. Thank you ma'am yulita and sir andri~

One of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. Really clean, fragrant and complete, and tidy! If there are a thousand stars, give it to me haha Really just bring your body, because everything is ready. The location is close to everywhere, close to culinary and other things. It's not enough to stay here for a day. Anyway, every time I go to jakarta I'll stay here, period!!

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Even though it was only for one night, we were very satisfied with the place we stayed in. The image in the photo is very similar to reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car
