Very nice secluded and quiet location, spacious and comfortable luxury villa, tastefully decorated. Very large pool with all the necessary amenities. Splendid sea and mountain views. The villa is well-equipped overall. However, we regretted the absence of a dishwasher (disappointing for a villa of this standing), the coffee maker and microwave that did not work and the limited WiFi upstairs. Overall, a great stay!! We recommend it.

Great host, great accommodation, great views, very helpful in all respects. We can only recommend the property. Everything worked out, we enjoyed our time there very much. In the small town you will find everything you need, restaurants, taverns, groceries... There is a beach within walking distance as well as about 20 minutes' drive to the famous Kyllini beach, which is highly recommended. In addition, Olympia is not far away and a super great castle, from which you have a breathtaking view over the whole landscape. Then there are also the ruins of ancient Kyllini to visit within walking distance. I was also able to work great in the property with a mega view. The reception via Cosmoto, the best mobile phone provider in Greece, is also available via cell phone. So I was able to hold my Zoom meetings well. This place is also great for families, in addition to the place there is also a playground nearby. Completely satisfied 😀 Thanks!

Beautiful apartment where we stayed three nights, it matches the description well, refurbished, equipped with air conditioning and offers a beautiful terrace for meals. Located in the village of Arcoudi, it is ideal for enjoying the surrounding beaches.

We were in this place last year and absolutely had to come back. Mary's place was just right. A beautiful location overlooking all of “Kastro” to the sea, many wonderful restaurants, very nice and hospitable family members, and quiet beaches. Mary was always available at any time and took care carefully and lovingly! All in all: a wonderful stay❣️

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at the cottage! The place was spotless, charming, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to the sea (you can hear the waves at night). I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Best air b and b I have stayed at so far!

Wow! This place is amazing! My family and I (party of 7 adults) were in Greece celebrating our oldest son's graduation from medical school and this incredible home allowed us the space and comfort to connect and relax after a busy time in Athens. It could not have been more perfect! This home met and exceeded our expectations from the time of arrival to our departure. The owner/host's hospitality and thoughtfulness was incredible. The home furnishings and beds were so comfortable and we had an immediate sense of peace and relaxation as soon as we opened the door. Much to my delight and surprise our host met us and gave us a tour and provided a time to answer any of our questions and I could not believe my eyes there were groceries in the fridge! All we could need for the next day for breakfast and a little lunch to make our time even more relaxing. There was a wonderful restaurant only a five minute walk down the road with fresh grilled fish that I will dream about for years! Book it!

The house is very nice and in the midst of a nice garden. It is very quiet and the house is well equipped. The beach is only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) away and has golden sand and the water is amazing. During the summer months there is also a beach bar, but the beach is large enough that you can also spend your day by yourself. However, we would like to add two things. They are stated in the description, but we were not fully aware of them and would like to point out: 1) There is no wi-fi! 2) The note that smoking is permitted on the property means that people/guests were smoking inside, even in the bedroom. You could smell the old smoke throughout the house and it took us several days to get rid of the smell. The house is advertised as ‘family friendly’, but this was really a negative issue as we were traveling with our very small child which should not be exposed to the smell of smoke at all.

We had a nice relaxing and comfortable place. The place is green and very close to the sandy beach. It is very good for a family with children. Andreas is a very good host who needed it served us. We left there completely full. The Castle the village is very close to the accommodation and for coffee ,food has everything as well as a wonderful castle with great views.. thanks for everything Andreas.
