Garden View Suite | Pono Kai | PK-K303

This condo was exactly what we needed. Location is walkable to coffee shops, clothing stores, restaurants, it’s right on the beach and has a lovely paved path that we did our morning runs on while the sun rose. The condo itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The concierge was super friendly and helpful when we decided to book an excursion. He had the kayaking booked for us in all of 45 seconds of us walking into his office. Lots of laundry rooms, gym (although small and it doesn’t open until 8am), pool, hot tub, and activities for families. Staff were helpful and super friendly. Would stay again!
A well-kept outdoor area is shown, featuring manicured grass and tropical plants. In the distance, the ocean is visible beyond the trees. A picnic table and a barbecue area are positioned along the pathway, providing space for outdoor dining and gatherings.

Ocean View Condo | Pono Kai Resort | PF-G102

It was a great place to stay. I guess the only thing I had issues with was the upstairs occupants . Felt like they were up pacing off and on through the night right above our bedroom. Only lasted about three night then I think they checked. Other than that was a great place. Unfortunately we didn’t use the amenities due to such a busy itinerary. But we did manage to walk around the last day to check it all out. We would stay there again. Was very convenient for us.
An open lobby area features tiled flooring and large wooden beams overhead. Comfortable seating arrangements are visible, including wicker chairs and a central coffee table. Decorative cushions add color to the seating. A reception desk is positioned on one side, with views of lush greenery beyond.

Lush Garden Island Condo | Pono Kai Resort | H105

We loved our stay at this condo! The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of activities. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat. The overall setup of the condo, from the cozy ambiance to the hassle-free parking and key access, made it a safe and comfortable home base for our trip. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was a bit weak, which made it challenging to stay connected at times. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the condo had to offer.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! The Kiahuna Plantation itself beautiful and has access to a great beach! Less than 5 minute drive to Poipu Beach. This place was very clean and close to everything you need, has all beach amenities. Bed was also very comfortable!! Shopping village with restaurants across the street. Shaun was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend :)

Ocean View Paradise Condo Pono Kai Resort PK-G206

JoanRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The resort had a nice ocean view. We especially liked being able to walk to stores and restaurants. We really liked the walkable, swimming beach there. We bought two Walmart chairs and sat in the shade of the trees. They provide a nice room for checked guests to sit, watch tv and store luggage. The staff were all very nice except the pool lady who yelled at certain guests (one with a four year old) for diving and then when they jumped in, she yelled at them again. We would definitely stay there again!
A paved pathway extends through a manicured landscape, flanked by lush greenery and palm trees. The ocean is visible in the distance, framed by the natural beauty of the surroundings. The scene highlights a spacious area ideal for walking or biking.

2 Bd/2Bt Condo-Steps from Ocean-AC&FREE Parking!

BrandonRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This condo was a bit more than I usually spend in a week in Kauai but it was well worth the extra money. Fantastic spacious kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need to make meals meant we spent less on going out to eat. Rooms were very comfortable and the closets were chock full of towels and beach gear. Really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you check out the croquet pitch near the back patio.
A vibrant blue ocean meets a sandy shore, framed by lush greenery and tropical plants. A gentle curve of a rainbow arches across a clear sky, adding a colorful element to the serene coastal view.

What a great place to stay on Kauai! This is the first time I didn't stay at a resort or large Hotel, and I really enjoyed it. We booked both the A & B parts of the property and were able to keep the adjoining doors open, which was great. Kitchen was great, balcony was great, having a washer/dryer was great, beds were comfortable. All around great location with tons to do. Some things required a drive to the east or south side of the island, but really glad we stayed in Princeville this time. When I go back to Kauai next time, I will absolutely reach out to Milo again to book his property. I can't recommend Milo as an Airbnb host enough!!! Thank you Milo for being a great Airbnb host!!!
