Lauren reached out to us that we could check in early, she was also so kind to let us have a late check in as well. The unit was so beautiful with stunning ocean views. Would definitely stay again and tell our friends about this special spot.

Danielle’s place perfectly matched the pictures and description. Nicely updated interior, clean and modern, completely free of any clutter. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning. A fun little hike to the secluded beach. The community pool was quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the ocean thrown in. All and all a great place and nice locale for all that surrounded the area.

Great place, great location. Just a grassy field between you and the ocean with a nice balcony to view it. Clean and quiet. Easy self-check in. If you need to get any work done, I was surprised to find solid Wifi speeds of over 500mbps, and upload speeds of over 20mbps. The host, Jennifer, was excellent with swift and professional communication. Shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away at the Coconut Marketplace and adjacent. Sleeping Giant Grill came highly recommended by locals for fresh fish, but I appreciated the vegan tempeh option! Also the Lava Lava Club restaurant is right on the beach. All a few minutes walk.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The location could not have been more perfect and I especially appreciated the free parking since I had a rental car. The ocean view was something I did not expect, but am now so grateful for… absolutely stunning and such a treat. I was traveling alone so it was the perfect size for me. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood right on the beach. Thank you!!!

It was a great place, with everything you could need provided. It was comfortable, well located, and the host was extremely nice. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay here. My wife & I were both impressed with the room itself - great kitchen with new appliances , convenient coffee bar, spacious bathroom and shower, and very nice to have in-unit laundry with detergent supplied for us! The place also had all the beach gear you could need. Then, the resort amenities were top notch. Great pool & hot tub, lovely fire pit seating area with spectacular views, and great activities available like tennis and pickleball. There’s a bit of a walk down to the beach, but the resort offers complimentary golf cart rides that were always quickly accessible for us if we didn’t want to walk. And, getting down to the beach was absolutely worth it - gorgeous views! We will hope to be back again!

Tina was very helpful to me when booking her condo. I have many questions and she was very responsive. Her place is fabulous. Great view the furnishing the dark cherry wood trim the kitchen appliances. She has more than any small appliance then you can dream of. We enjoyed our stay with her

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fern Grotto Inn!! They had everything for our adventures - kayaks & paddle boards, life jackets, beach chair/umbrella, fins & snorkel gear. Would highly recommend kayaking + hiking to Secret Falls. The trailhead is only accessible by water. Took us about 4 hours round trip and was definitely a highlight. There weren’t instructions on how to get there but hard to get lost, just look on a map. Perfect location and jumping off point for all our activities. Would definitely stay here again

Ideal location for our honeymoon purposes. Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to lots of activities, and with an ocean view. We initially had a problem with the lock, but that was resolved and gave us no further trouble.

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

One of the nicest AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in. Kitchen is fully, and I mean FULLY stocked. So many DVDs to watch. Pool room is a blast. Lots of toys and beach equipment. Board games. AC works great. WiFi is fast. Patio is clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes/works great. 75/10 rating

Everything went smooth and well. Really nice place to stay at and it includes the amenities of the hotel next door.

Our stay was great. The location was a quick drive into Hanalei and we could walk to the beach! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and looking at the view. We would stay here again.

If you want to have a true Hawaiian experience; you should stay at this place. Absolutely amazing views, the sea just outside your house. The apartment is well equipped and so wonderful decorated. At arrival there were some snacks and candy on the table. 😃 We enjoyed the XL balcony in the morning, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee ( coffee and tea is also provided ). And we liked it so much that there are no windows ( except the doors to the terrace) it’s all shades so you experience the ocean breeze in the house. Shower is great. Parking in front of the building. Shops and restaurants at walking distance. We are definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

Larry was kind and immediately responsive when I booked in, last minute, for an overnight stay. Such a gift. The place is adorable- clean clean clean! Very compact but the lanai is large. Larry has supplied what you need - it does the trick!

Exactly as described. Perfect for a few days. Tidy and clean. The only issue we had was the apartment was on the ground floor and when it rained the apt felt a bit damped. Besides that we can’t complain.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. We stayed here for the last couple days on our trip to Kauai, and we really loved that we got to stay on a different part of the island. Princeville was such a beautiful area/community.

The Roost was great for our week in Kauai! The condo was beautiful and clean. All the amenities, from the kitchen supplies and equipment, washer and dryer and all the beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas made everything convenient. The area is stunning, the view is picturesque and the private beach was peaceful and quiet. The community pool and hot tub were nice as well. We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back.

Loved this little spot! Only downside is the parking deal but that’s Hawaii for you.
