● To maintain the quality of your stay, we only accept one group of guests at a time.We take a "comprehensive" approach to cleaning, not a "focused" approach.The interior is simple and elegant.Simple and practical, without too many colors and useless decorations, making the visual and space feel more comfortable and easy. ● The space is large, there are two rooms, about 16 sqm in total, bedroom 1 (large room) has two "standard" double beds, can sleep 4 people; bedroom 2 (small room) has two "extra large" single beds that can sleep 2 people (if combined can sleep 3 people). ● The door has two locks (electronic lock & mechanical lock).You can go out for a short time without a physical key, just an electronic lock code, which automatically locks 7 seconds after closing the door.Mechanical locks can be added for long-term stays to increase security in the house, requiring physical keys. Inside the ●house are cement wall compartments.The bathroom and toilet space is comfortable and the shower room is wet and dry separate. The window sill in the ●room is pushed out and covered with wide rain, you can open the window and enjoy the rain view when it rains, and you can see Liuhe Night Market and MRT Station out the window, and the view widens. ●This floor is only two, there are two elevators and up and down stairs for easy access.Fast, simple, no disturbances. There ●is a fire hydrant outside the door.Fire extinguisher and escape equipment and add induction lighting to increase brightness with 24h camera for added safety. There is ●a guard house caretaker on the ground floor, filtered for leisurely mongers, etc., to keep the building secure. ● Luggage storage is available in the hallway outside the house for 6 hours before check-in and after check-out.(There are surveillance devices, but they are not in charge)
