You can rest with the whole family in this house with low ceilings. Important: No loud parties are strictly prohibited!! It is possible to rent a sauna (50€) for an additional fee. Hot tub as well for extra charge (60€). For the immersion barrel, it is necessary to say 24h in advance if there is a desire to use! The stairs both upstairs and downstairs have safety gates. Fantastic Stay with a Breathtaking View! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tallinn! The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, replying quickly to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed for cooking, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, peaceful and quiet. But the absolute highlight was the incredible view from the 12th floor, truly unforgettable! Watching the city from above, especially at sunset, was a magical experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tallinn!

We visited Tallinn with the family of two adults and two children and had never been to the city before. The apartment is fantastically located right next to the main square in the Old Town, and is a perfect starting point for most sights and experiences. There is a rich selection of dining and serving places in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is of high standard and is very tastefully decorated. The generous ceiling height gives a wonderful feeling of space and contributes to the good atmosphere. Ingmar was a wonderful host, who with precise and well-timed information made the arrival very easy. I highly recommend both the apartment and Ingmar as a host if you are planning a trip to Tallinn. I hope to have the opportunity to return in not too long, and then this apartment will be my first choice.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything you could need. The area was lovely and quiet and just 30 mins on foot took you into the old town. Jaanika was a really responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean and suitable for a small family stay. Amazing views. There are several grocery stores next door with long hours and a shopping center Rocca al Mare. You can almost get to the city center by direct bus in about half an hour. I recommend this place to stay, especially if you plan to visit the Tallinn Zoo and/or the Tallinn Open Air Museum!

This place is exceptional and I will definitely stay again when back in Tallinn visiting my daughter. Very close to grocery stores and bus lines. It’s about 25 minutes on bus to get to Balti jam and old town. Our 2 weeks there felt like home. The kitchen has everything needed including microwave! It was great to have garage parking as well. And beautiful sunsets from balcony was a plus!! Thank you Rasko!

We spent amazing 3 weeks in this house and fully enjoyed this 🤩 The house is clean, spacious with all necessary equipment. There is convenient parking near the house under the roof. Location is in cozy area with parks and supermarkets nearby. Mart is very hospitable and friendly, several times during our stay , he saved us from the snow with his snow tractor when there was heavy snowfall. Definitely we recommend to visit 👌
