Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kanali

What a stay we had!! It's been two weeks since we returned back, but I keep thinking of this place everyday and want to come back. I think we've never been treated so well and the owners did their best to welcome us. Once we arrived and were introduced to the apartment, we realised that this was exactly the apartment we were looking for. For a family of three people, we had everything needed for a week stay. The fridge was filled with a variety of local treats including beer. On the next day, the owner brought us a bag of pastries which was so kind and suggested he could with placing a reservation in the nearby restaurant - Pavlos taverna. It is a known place in Lefkada for its fantastic meat dishes and its always packed in the evenings. We celebrated my wife's birthday in there and without a doubt I could tell it was one of the best meals we ever had in a long time.I can overall highly recommend this place! Special thanks to the owners - wish you a good health and keep up what you do!

Een ontzettend fijne plek. We kwamen erg laat aan en zelfs nog vertraging maar dit was totaal geen probleem. Telefonisch contact gehad en Chris kwam ons snel uitleggen en ons naar binnen begeleiden zodat we onze dochter op bed konden leggen. Het was erg schoon en het privé zwembad was super. Nu was toevallig de tweede villa niet verhuurd dus nog meer privacy maar ook als dat wel zou zijn heb je genoeg privacy. Tip voor het eiland: Huur een auto. Het huisje is een perfect punt om vanuit daar alle kanten op te kunnen. Enige tip is wat meer theedoeken en vaatdoeken voor de keuken.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in unserer Unterkunft auf Lefkada. Der Eigentümer war sehr gastfreundlich und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Seine Mutter, eine ältere Frau, war ebenfalls sehr kontaktfreudig und nett. Sie hat uns sogar ein paar Blümchen geschenkt. Da hätte man gerne doch ein bisschen griechisch gekonnt:)

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

U prekrasan godišnji odmor savršeno se uklopio smještaj kod Basilisa! Velik i dobro opremljen apartman u mirnom selu Dragano. Basilisa nismo upoznali, kontaktirali smo preko mobitela, ali sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Nove ručnike i posteljinu nam je donio njegov otac, koji po potrebi obavlja i popravke u apartmanu. Kreveti su veliki i udobni za spavanje. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena, moguće je i kuhati. I nakon vrućih lipanjskih dana u kući nije bilo prevruće i moglo se spavati bez korištenja klime. Posebno smo uživali u doručcima uz zuj pčela i predivne mirise cvijeća. Parkirno mjesto osigurano je iza kuće, u hladovini. Cijeli je otok vrlo brdovit, pa je i ova kuća smještena tako da zbog nizbrdice parkiranje na prvu izgleda problematično, ali se u stvari vrlo jednostavno parkira bočno i unatraške. Ima maksimalno 30 minuta vožnje do najdivnijih i najslikovitijih plaža na Lefkadi, od Kathisme na sjeveru do Porto Katsiki na jugu. Vrlo rado ćemo se opet vratiti!!!

Antonis‘ apartment was just unbelievable! He’s a very friendly guy, was always giving me valuable advices about the area. He was reachable every moment and recommended me good beaches, restaurants around there. The apartment was really good located, the area was very quiet and silent. The neighbors saw me and asked me if everything is okay. They were very friendly as well. The beaches around there were just amazing! It was my first time there and I would say I would go there at least every two years. His apartment was very big and a family with two kids would easily fit in there. I was just by myself so it was very big but comfortable for me. Next time I will definitely go to Antonis’ apartment and hopefully it is gonna be available :) I felt like at home. Efharisto poli for everything man!! Highly recommended!!!

Krásné, klidné, čisté a dobře vybavené ubytování, nádherně upravené okolí domu. Pohodlne postele. Starostlivy hostitel i celá jeho rodina o naše potřeby. V okolí dobré restaurace. Pobyt jsme si moc užili.

Es war alles nach unseren Geschmack. Nur die Küche könnte etwas mehr an Ausstattung haben. Sonst kommt man aber gut klar mit dem was man hat. Und wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit dort. Wir würden wieder kommen...

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Thank you so much for your great hospitality! Dimitrios is a really great host, he makes everything happen. The house , the garden and the pool, everything was top and really beautiful.

Beautiful little studio, thoughtfully designed and well equipped, and perfectly suited to my needs. The central location is convenient for some local tavernas which are excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable , the air con kept it cool and I slept really well. If you want to explore beaches it is definitely preferable to have a car/ quad (or boat). I was lucky enough to have the pool area to myself for most of my stay but with all 3 accommodations occupied it could get a little too cozy , particularly with kids running round. Maria was really helpful throughout my stay, easily contactable and I certainly hope to return.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

Just An amazing apartment right off lefkada. Looks better than the picture in real life and very comfortable! Totally recommend for families or friends

Mavra, de host, probeert er alles aan te doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Alles was beloopbaar. De sfeer ongedwongen. Een leuke kleine zeilschool op het complex. Dit gaf wat reuring en gezelligheid. Een restaurantje met heerlijk eten en happy hour. Ontbijt was eventueel bij te boeken.

Simeoni was a fantastic host and met us on arrival. She kindly gave us some recommendations of what to do and there was also a folder available in the property with all the local attractions in. The villa is within walking distance of the town and the local beautiful beach so we didn't need a car and the buses are available in town to take you to the must see sights slightly further afield. The villa itself was spotless and had everything you need and Simeoni very kindly came in half way through our stay to do a clean. It was wonderful having the pool and it was extremely private and not over looked. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for our family of 4 and we had a wonderful holiday there.

Το σπίτι εσωτερικά ήταν πολύ ωραίο όπως δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες και ήταν πολύ καθαρό . Το σπίτι είναι λειτουργικό και ιδανικό για οικογενεία .Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλα τα σκεύη για να μαγειρέψει κανείς .Το σπίτι μας περίμενε με όλες τις επιλογές καφέ και το ψυγείο γεμάτο φρούτα , κρασί και αναψυκτικά . Απο την αυλή του σπιτιού προσφέρεται μοναδική θέα του Ιονίου Πελάγους , φροντίζαμε κατα την διάρκεια του ηλιοβασιλέματος να είμαστε εκεί για να μην χάσουμε αυτήν την μαγική εικόνα. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κοντά στην παραλία καναλίου και πολύ κοντά με όλες τις άλλες καπληκτικές παραλίες της περιοχής . Η τοποθεσία της οικείας χαρακρηρίζεται στρατηγική για τις εξορμήσεις της ευρύτερης περιοχής . Τέλος , οι οικοδεσπότες μας , όσο και να έψαξα δεν υπάρχουν λόγια ώστε να μεταφέρω την ζεστασιά και την αγάπη που λάβαμε απο αυτούς τους ανθρώπους . Náš skoro měsíční pobyt zde byl naprosto skvělý. Skvělá hostitelka, krásný dům a zahrada, výborná lokalita pro objevování ostrova. Ještě jednou mnohokrát děkujeme. :)

Great place. Great location. Fabulous host. The place is perfect, exactly as you see in the photos. Close to the water, lovely garden, lots of birdsong, mountain backdrop. Nice neighbourhood, good neighbours. The location is great, close to town but private & quiet. Also a perfect location from which to explore the island. Katerina is a fabulous host. Whatever you want from your stay she will get it right. Whether that is to feel like a local & part of the family, or if you want privacy & seclusion, or help & guidance. Highly recommended.

Η φιλοξενία μας ήταν υπέροχη! Δεν έχω λόγια για τις παροχές και την καθαριότητα! Είχε όλες τις παροχές και ακόμη παραπάνω! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη! Η επικοινωνία μας ήταν άψογη! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, εκπληκτικά καθαρό θα έλεγα! Μας παρείχαν τα πάντα, από καφέ μέχρι μαντηλακια ντεμακιγιαζ! Έχω μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα Airbnb εντός Ελλάδας και εκτός και πρώτη φορά έμεινα θετικά έκπληκτη! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επισκεπτόμουν σίγουρα ξανά!

Très contents de notre location. Nous étions 5 : un couple avec nos 3 enfants de 14-12 et 5 ans. Belle maison, très confortable, terrasse très agréable. Il faisait très chaud en août à l’extérieur et la maison est parfaitement climatisée, ce qui était vital. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation dans la 3eme chambre n’était pas un problème, nous avons laissé les portes des autres chambres ouvertes et notre fils a très bien dormi ! Jardin magnifique et la proximité avec la plage déserte à 100m était extraordinaire ! Un supermarché à 5min en voiture qui était toujours ouvert, nous a simplifié les courses du quotidien. Seul souci à signaler, avec internet, qui ne fonctionnait pas bien mais je ne sais pas si c’était exceptionnel ou propre à la région. Je n’ai averti Maria de ce problème qu’en partant et elle a dit qu’elle aurait pu appeler un technicien si on l’avait prévenue. Donc ce souci est sûrement réparable. Je recommande cette location.

We stayed for 9 days in a modern, very clean apartment, with 2 balconies, one overlooking the port and the other facing the mountains, air conditioning, private parking, everything you need to feel at home. Aristotle answered very promptly and accurately. The location is in a quiet area, very close to restaurants, supermarkets, beach clubs, cruises. You can easily reach any point of Lefkada by car (your own or rented). I highly recommend it!

wij hebben twaalf dagen verbleven in het heerlijke huis van Antonella. De woning voelt ruimer dan de fotos van Airbnb. Het huis heeft een fijne voortuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Antonella is een fantastische host, we hebben regelmatig wat gevraagd over de omgeving of praktische tips, ze reageert ontzettend snel en is zo vriendelijk. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen waardoor deze locatie een fijne uitvalsbasis is. Door het warme welkom en de gastvrijheid voel je je gelijk thuis. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

Hele fijne plek, we hadden onze hond mee en die had alle ruimte. Ze is zelfs even het water in geweest om af te koelen. Huis is goed ingericht, zelfs dingen als olie, peper, zout, koffie zijn aanwezig. We hebben ook erg genoten van de buiten douche. De communicatie met Dimitra verliep heel goed. We misten een beetje lekkere relax stoelen voor buiten, is alleen een bistro setje. Verder hadden we ons niet gerealiseerd dat deze kant van het eiland vrijwel windstil is, dus erg warm. Maar verder heerlijk!
