It was my first trip to Yokosuka, but it was very convenient because it was close to the station.Thanks to you, I had a pleasant trip.

Fantastic hotel-like apartment in the heart of Yokohama. Better than the photos! Super cool ambiance with LED light strips throughout. Feels brand new. Spotlessly clean. Perfect restroom setup with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks, all of which can be used simultaneously! Plenty of comfy beds. Huge living space for relaxing. Huge even for American cities! Incredible location steps from shopping, dining, and subway. Easily the best place we’ve stayed in our three trips to Japan over the years.

It was a very good location and I was able to relax.I dropped the ironing board and it broke, but they responded immediately and were very helpful.They arranged parking nearby, and it was a comfortable and pleasant trip.I want to use it again.

It was conveniently located close to the station.It was a quiet place and I was able to sleep well at night.The dryer was separate from the washing machine, so I was able to do laundry in a short time. It was very helpful that they responded flexibly and immediately when I had a problem.I'd love to stay at Kaya's place again if I get the chance.Thank you very much.

The place is very spacious and clean. It's about an 8 minute walk to the monorail and a 20 minute walk to Ofuna station. Just know that the accommodation is on a very steep hill so it might be difficult for individuals with mobility issues or those who use a mobility aid. Also, if you're travelling with a lot of luggage or if they're heavy, I'd suggest getting it delivered to the accommodation. Overall the accommodation is great and the hosts were very helpful.

Worth every penny! We booked it for 15 days, using it as a convenient base to explore Osaka and Kyoto without the hassle of luggage. The spacious and traditional Japanese interior was a pleasant surprise, especially for the price compared to other areas. It felt like stepping into a postcard. They've thought of every amenity, from a fully equipped kitchen and laundry (with a huge drying yard!) to skincare for all ages. The separate shower/bathtub and massive closets were lifesavers for a family. Plus, it was spotless. The location is fantastic, close to convenience stores, a barber, and a short walk to Tsurumi Station with a Don Quijote and local restaurants. An amazing onigiri store is just around the corner! Our host was exemplary, providing a detailed train guide and highlighting local spots we wouldn't have found otherwise. His dedication made our trip truly special. This Airbnb saved us time and money, allowing us to focus on making memories. Highly recommend this place!

Masayuki was very helpful and responded quickly to a couple of small problems. The flat has all you need for a short stay and is well located being only 10 minutes from the station and a range of cafés and restaurants.

It was nice to stay in a large group

A cozy 1-room apartment in a lovely and charming neighborhood. Many cute boutiques, and small but delicious restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, and wine bars. Quiet on weekdays, and lively on weekends. The express train to Shibuya station was convenient as promised.

The location of the house is great, right next to the tram station, there is the sound of the tram passing by at night, but it is not noisy. Unlike what was said in the historical review, I found that on the main road next to the house, walk right for about five minutes, pass an overpass and you will find a lawson across the road, where you can buy things.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

Lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood

We stayed overnight at Ayumi’s for an early morning flight out of Haneda. The location is great for an early departure or even a late arrival to give yourself some breathing room. We had a little difficulty getting into the building as due to a mix up of codes but Ayumi was quick to respond to our phone call and we were able to get in quickly. It’s a spacious place with a high class shower and classy interior. The description does state that there’s a tv but that’s only in the bath but the bedroom light is also a projector which casts to the doors when closed. Overall a great stop just before a day’s worth of traveling.

The apartment is really clean. Dryer and wash machine are super easy to use and also clean. Most of the equipment are modern. Very nice and recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

Again we had a brilliant time at Akari san's apartment this year, Staying Akari san's place is one of highlight of our trip. The reason for this is not only the flat's location, size, layout and ease of use, I always feel at home. The rooms had been renovated and I could feel the story behind Akari's new design in many places. The linen textured walls and the kintsugi (gold-plated wood joinery) that connects the before and after renovation made it clear how much Akari cares about this room and the guests who stay here. The linen was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, every time she remembered that my daughter and I wanted to sleep in separate areas, and was thoughtful enough to set up a comfortable bed in the living room for us. The only drawback is that this room is too popular and it is difficult to book the expected number of days. This can't be helped, but we hope to be able to stay a little longer next year than we did this year.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this lovely home. The house is functional, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—not very spacious, but perfectly comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed, right down to the smallest details like personal toiletries and cooking spices, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the strategic location—situated near both Yokohama and Tammachi stations, making commuting around the city super easy and efficient. Mrs. Teng, the host, is such a kind and attentive lady. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and even welcomed us with fruits and snacks upon arrival—a very thoughtful touch! She also generously allowed us a late check-out on our last day due to our night flight, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-equipped home with a genuinely caring host. Thank you Mrs Teng.
