The host is an extremely friendly person and the place feels just like home. It’s a fully residential area. So you won’t feel too lonely. I stayed with my parents. All of us loved the place. The linen was crisp, the place very tidy , exactly like in the photos. The kitchen had all the amenities. Definitely going to stay at this place someday again. Best AirBnB I have come accross both with the locality and the host. The homestay had all the things necessary for a home and we indeed felt and treated it like our own home during our stay there. No one should regret booking their stay here.

We had booked this place as we were expecting a baby and my wife was admitted in Akanksha Hospital. We were looking for an accomodation where my extended family members could stay and cook food for ourselves. The place served our purpose perfectly. It is at a walking distance from the hospital. There was also a market nearby where we could do our grocery shopping. This place really felt like home. The host Samudra have also been very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

The stay was cozy, the amenities that were mentioned were there. It is a near perfect stay for two-3 people. Though kot listed anywhere, but we were hoping for a television and the kitchen is good for small time cooking like daal bhaat or tea, but nothing complicated. All of that, however, are small short comings compared to the easy of living there. Nestled at the heart of city, but at a peaceful residential area. The host is very responsive and made adjustments to make the stay seamless.

The place was nice. What stood out was the responsiveness of host. He always responded and took care of every request made. He arranged for extra bedding and as well allowed us for little late checkout due to our flight timings. The stay was pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

Really good experience! We arrived early to Guwahati from an overnight bus journey and Jayanta was very generous to give us an extra room for the early check-in. That really helped us out. The location is great. Many supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies etc. are only a couple walking minutes away. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. Modern AC, kitchen with good utensils, nice shower - all good. Can definitely recommend and would stay there again if ever coming back to Guwahati!
