Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

Beautiful, clean, and very responsive. The stay was as advertised. This home is well maintained, comfortable , and close to everything.

Absolutely beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the main Old Port area and tons of nice shops in the back streets.

Alkis was an amazing host! He went above and beyond with helpful directions and recommendations. Daily check-ins and lots of cleaning via whats app, to ensure we were happy. He even helped navigate the streets by piloting us through some closed roads when we went anywhere, many thanks Alkis.

Jeronimo is a really great host. Very, very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome right away. The accommodation is beautifully located above the small Soudabucht with magnificent views. Two recommended taverns are within walking distance. Jeronimo's bar is also great and not to be missed. We highly recommend the beautiful, simple but functional accommodation.

Our AirBNB in Chania was very clean, just as described in the listing, very modern and quiet place. The pool was very clean, and there was plenty of room to accommodate all 7 of us. Our host was very sweet and greeted us immediately upon check in, she was very friendly and always responsive if we ever needed anything. The apartment was very nicely decorated and sparkling clean. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Chania!

Nice functional little villa, clean and well presented. The neighbourhood is calm and there is an excellent Taverne at 3 minutes walking distance. We didn't go to the near beach but found the location very convenient to visit Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi beaches. Kassimos is the closest town with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Overall highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept, and lovingly furnished place. Everything you need is there. The host was super friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with drinks, fruit, and other items, so there was no need to go shopping on the day of our arrival. It was a perfect stay, and we would love to come back.

This place was wonderful! I like snorkeling, and the snorkeling and swimming right out front with some of the best I found on the island. I had a problem with my rental car and Sara and her husband Giuseppe were so helpful! They went above and beyond. They are truly great people at a great place! I would definitely come back to stay and visit them! I highly recommend this place! Oh, and the breakfast that comes with it is fantastic!

Host was so helpful. Apt was lovely we especially loved the veranda and having breakfast on it at sunrise. Very peaceful. Apartment had all the amenities you need and it’s great having a washer.

Beautiful well equipped house in a perfect location within easy walking distance of a supermarket, beach and restaurants. What makes this house absolutely exceptional is the host, Stavros. He couldn’t have been more welcoming, meeting us with some very welcoming groceries including his homemade wine and olive oil. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Stavros for making our stay so perfect.

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

We loved the large balcony that wrapped around the apartment . The sunsets were incredible from there. The outside & inside furniture was of a very good quality and it was great to be able to sit out in the evenings. Inside is very well designed, a great layout, the kitchen is very well equipped and the sofas are very comfortable, the view from the sitting room and kitchen has an incredible sea view . The bathroom is really spacious with a great shower and 2 basins , all of a high standard. The 3 bedrooms all a good size, had lovely views towards the old village and town built up in to the mountain . The bedding was of an exceptional quality. The apartment was so close to the beach & to the the old town. We had incredible meals at both. A bus stop at the end of the road and many supermarkets were great too. Both Phillipe & Michelle were excellent hosts, attentive & helpful, you couldn’t fault them. We loved our stay! Thank you!

When we arrived my partner said what have you booked. HOWEVER from that point on the accommodation was superb, hoist views amenities out of this world. We found a bar Naya bar ^ restaurant which is a 3 minute walk right of the apartment. The food and hospitality was 100%.We did eat else where but it didn't compare. Food and drinks was reasonably priced and out of this world. This location for this apartment is spot on for the town of Kissimos. (20 mins walk tops) On our trip we did the top main beaches which are apartment is sentral. If you want to be off the grid or a quiet location for your family this is the place. Our hoist accommodated to our every needs like taking sun loungers on the beach. I will definitely recommend these apartments. I had the top terrace wow waking up to sea front views was unbelievable. To sum these apartments is a hidden gem.Cleaned every couple of days.Happy memories from the UK 🇬🇧 thank you x

La casa è molto bella,tranquilla,a pochissimi passi da una spiaggetta con qualche ombrellone già in spiaggia e lettini presenti nella casa(magari un ombrellone da poter portare in giro farebbe comodo).Vasilis è stato prezioso con i suoi consigli(li abbiamo seguiti più o meno tutti!),fa di tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio ed è pronto a seguire i suggerimenti per migliorare(box doccia assolutamente da riparare e necessario uno stendibiancheria, attualmente lo spazio per il bucato è davvero poco,soprattutto in 4) e se si presenta un problema si attiva per risolverlo;granzie anche al suo papà,per essere stato così paziente e solerte nel risolverci alcuni piccoli inconvenienti del momento🙏🏽.La cucina è comoda,ben fornita,pulita(magari da aggiungere un microonde, ma non è essenziale). La biancheria letto e bagno è pulita e di buon livello... Vasilis,continua a fare del tuo meglio per mantenere questa splendida casetta che abbiamo lasciato a malincuore❤,grazie ancora di tutto.

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

Worth every single penny, the place is beautiful, very cozy, decorated with taste and super clean, loads of storage and it has all the amenities you could think of. You also have a Cleaner coming during the week and she even gave us fresh towels! Definitely a bonus point ☺️ Quiet area but in just 2 minute you can go for a swim or dine in one of the beautiful restaurant and bars along the coat. The highlight of the week, on top of the beautiful Crete, was definitely Iryna😍 She is, and by far, the most amazing host you will ever come across!! She welcomed us at 1am, with a giant smile on her face, gave us a tour of her home, gave us a lot of recommendations, she even organised us a taxi for the airport on the way back and so much more❤️ she really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Don’t look any further, this is the place to go for your next holiday!!!! Will defo be back if we come back to Chania. Thank you so much again Iryna❤️❤️❤️

10/10 experience. Breathtaking views and sunset from the balcony, perfect location right on the harbor - surrounded by all of the best restaurants and places. The apartment is beautiful - clean, modern, great appliances. (The washing machine even uses AI). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and despite being in the middle of the action, it is so peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back here again. The hosts were incredible. Kind, helpful, proactive, and made such a nice experience for us. Thank you!!!!!
