I want to present you a unique terraced house with a garden. A 3-storey house. There is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a study, a dressing room, four bathrooms, a garden and a garage. On the top floor, from which the view extends over the entire city, there is a relaxation zone: a jacuzzi, a gym, a mini wine bar, a bar, and a cinema. In the garden, there is a gas grill with kitchen facilities, a pond, and a gazebo. The house is extremely comfortable, decorated with taste and attention to detail.

A modern studio apartment in the center of Lublin. The property is located right next to the Litewski Square and the Multimedia Fountain (3-minute walk). In the immediate vicinity there is a Żabka store, as well as numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. A walk to the Old Town takes 10 minutes and leads through the main city promenade at Krakowskie Przedmieście Street. The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom area with a double bed, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.

This very comfortable apartment has been our home for 12 years. Now we have decided to rent it to Guests. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building. Our guests have a free parking space in the parking lot under the block. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a living room with a sofa for relaxation, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (queen size) and a room with a sofa bed for two people. The area of the apartment is 60 m2

KROKI Apartment

Beautiful and spacious apartment in an Art Nouveau tenement house located in the very center of the city. The interior with preserved original elements of equipment such as floors, stucco, wallpaper or a stove will allow you to move for a moment to pre-war Lublin. Close to the Old Town (a few minutes' walk), restaurants, shops, the Cultural Center, and Litewski Square. The apartment is a photographic studio on a daily basis, made available to guests once in a while.
