New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Welcome to our little oasis in the scenic Saltbæk 🌸🌳🌊🌅🏡❤️ **No cleaning fee is included in the price and you must therefore clean up after yourself. Remember to bring your own bed linen, sheets, towels, dishcloths and tea towels as well as toilet paper and, if necessary, kitchen roll. Also bring firewood for the wood-burning stove** Just a few minutes' walk leads you into the forest and there is about a 15-minute walk down to the beach which offers a good bathing jetty, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset.

Annex on the sunny lake Samsø

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

Enjoy the view of the fjord sitting in the 39-degree hot water in the wilderness bath, which is integrated into the terrace and located high in the backyard. Make delicious campfire food while you enjoy the large fire pit, or light up the grill on the covered terrace and enjoy how close nature surrounds this house.

Welcome to our lovely oasis in the scenic Røsnæs. Here, there is room to completely relax. Here you can enjoy a beautiful house, a quiet garden and the view over the fields. There is only a 7-minute walk down to the beach, which offers a swimming pier, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset. The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. You can walk around Røsnæs, experience the historic lighthouse Røsnæs Fyr and visit the area's many wineries.

Shopping, dining and more cultural experiences can be found in the towns of Vemmelev and Slagelse, just a 7-minute drive away. Book your stay now for a minimum of 2 nights. The garden is large and child-friendly, featuring a sunken trampoline, outdoor furniture, a sunshade, loungers, and a 40 sqm terrace with covered sections and a heating lamp. The house is full of warmth, art, and quirky décor that has been collected and created over the years. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Hiking route 106 passes almost directly by the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is only 3.5 km away.
