Ohøy! Throw anchor in atmospheric Havnsø. Here, in the water is close in almost every corner of the world. From our lovely house you can stroll the about 200 meters down to the water and the nature reserve Vesterlyng, with one of DK's best bathing beaches, is less than 2 km from the house. Also enjoy a good dinner or drink at the many cozy cafes in Havnsø Havn (note closed for winter). From here you can also go on a mini island cruise to Nexelø and Sejerø. And for the cool morning swimmers and winter swimmers, there are sauna houses on the harbor.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The Røsnæs area is known for its unique nature, and there are plenty of experiences in the area. You can walk around Røsnæs, experience the historic lighthouse Røsnæs Fyr and visit the area's many wineries.

The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks
