Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days and the bathroom/toilet facilities, sun deck with a bbq. The choice for having minimal technology provided is something we care for deeply and is a viewpoint we stand by. We want to leave you feeling connected to the outdoors and away from the hustle and bustle. Because right there, outside of those windows, is where the true beauty lies. The property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. maximum of 2 people (including children).

There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private.
