Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

Για τον μήνα Δεκέμβριο μόνο θα μπορεί να κοιμηθεί κ ένα παιδί επιπλέον ηλικίας μέχρι 10 ετών επειδή στην κρεβατοκάμαρα έχουμε προσθέσει ένα διπλό καναπέ που δεν φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.
