This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Das Haus liegt ca.1.5 km ausserhalb von Stoupa, am Berghang, mit grossen Terrassen und fantastischer Aussicht.Da die einspurige Zufahrtsstrasse teilweise recht steil hinaufführt, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Sophia’s Beach House is an old family home, right on Stoupa Beach, that is converted into 4 luxurious and spacious apartments. Each has one bedroom, w/c with shower, open plan kitchen and living room. They are fully equipped and have a dish washer and washing machine. There are a/c units in the living rooms and in the bedrooms, along with ceiling fans. The property has a lot of space in the back, with a shared pool and big garden with fruit trees.
