We have renovated our farmhouse with knowledge of building maintenance, the environment and sustainability.The beautiful colors of egg oil tempera adorn the walls, and genuine linseed oil paint is a given in a house from the late 19th century.Nice tiled stoves warm up nicely and the kitchen is large and spacious In winter, there are nice conditions for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing at Romme alpine. An approximately 8 km long skating rink is plowed on our lake with a connection approximately 100 meters from the farm.The house is located close to the towns of Falun and Borlänge.

In winter, if weather and wind permit, there may be a plowed skating rink/walking path on the lake, and cross-country ski trails are usually groomed then as well.

Fresh apartment of 27 sqm with lovely views of Samuelsdal's golf course. For golfers, it's luxurious to be able to get to the course on foot within minutes. One bedroom with 120cm bed and wardrobe. TV room with a sofa bed that has a bed width of 140 cm. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides great comfort. About 1 km to Tallens shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy, gym, etc. Exercise trail with electric lighting right at your doorstep. About 800 meters to Källviken's slalom slope and about 2 km to the lake Runn. About 4 km to Falu center.

Villa with lower floor apartment with its own entrance. The host couple lives in the house. 200 meters to Lake Runn which offers plowed ice skating rinks in winter. In summer, there is a bar and ice cream stand by the lake, as well as kayak rentals. Two simple bicycles can be borrowed from us. (We also have two kayaks that can be rented if you let us know in advance) Proximity to Romme Alpin and Bjursås ski center, about 30 minutes by car. 5 minutes to the city and Lugnet's sports facility.

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.
