Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.Επίσης στο ίδιο κτήμα δημιουργήσαμε αλλα δυο πέτρινα σπιτια με πισίνα και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα ίδιας φιλοσοφίας τα οποία διαχωρίζονται με πέτρινο τοιχο για απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Η θέα από όλες τις γωνίες του σπιτιού είναι πραγματικά μοναδική. Είναι ο δεύτερος όροφος. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην Πλατάνα Κύμης Εύβοιας, 700 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, είναι ένας καλοκαιρινός προορισμός, που συνδυάζει τη φύση, τις πεντακάθαρες παραλίες του Αιγαίου, το καλό φαγητό καθώς και την νυχτερινή διασκέδαση. Αλλά και για χειμερινές διακοπές, καθώς η ησυχία και η θέα είναι όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να ηρεμήσει και να χαλαρώσει. Ο χώρος αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, χώρο κουζίνας και μπάνιο.

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

Et aussi une superbe douche extérieur et toilette extérieur.
