Christoforos’s place was the best choice for my sister’s bachelorette. The house is spacious, very clean, with super comfy beds and a very responsive host. Our last day over the weather got quite bad and Christoforos was very understanding and flexible to delay our departure time so we can have a safe travel. All and all highly recommended.

Highly recommend this beautiful home! Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the stunning views from the house are unbeatable. We were a family of 7 and the house was more than spacious for us. Our host (George) was great, very responsive and gave recommendations for the area. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Great place to stay, few minutes walking to the beach. Very nice and huge garden. The host is very responsive, answered all the questions that we had before and during our stay. His parents who live next door were very helpful and took care of everything we needed, they bring us delicious cake and fried zucchini :)

Thanks to Maria and Stella we had an amazing vacation this year. The house is better than the pictures, with recently renovated interiors. The yard is beyond amazing with olive trees and greenery. The house has everything you need and then some. Maria was our host and was so kind and responsive. The location is quiet but a walkable distance from the main street in Nikiti. Beach bars 10min by car. You get amazing value for your money.

Everything was wonderful, the garden, the pool, the fact that you can share it with your pets was what won us over, the town is small but it has its charm, 5 minutes by car from the nearest beach, there is parking for 2-3 cars in the yard. Everything was super equipped and clean, the host came every day to take care of the pool The only negative thing I can say is that it's too noisy at night, super many motorcycles and people talking, you can hear them as if they're next to you.

Very nice place. Everything is new, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a private parking lot. They also made the rooms and the yard cozy with small accessories, all within the bounds of good taste. The host is very kind and helpful, we even received a small gift at the end. There is a bakery a few steps away, and a butcher shop nearby. Rooms The furniture in the room is new, the beds are in good condition and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped (dishes, cutlery, oven, hob, kettle). There is a 2 big terraces with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast. There is also a clothes drying rack. Half a kilometer away is the coastal promenade, which runs along the bay from the shore of Sykia, with a beautiful view of Mount Athos and is lined with taverns. There are several beautiful beaches within a 5-10 km radius.

Highly recommended for who wants to stay Chalkidiki region. We stayed the place as 2 couples for 10 days. Location: Peaceful, calm environment. Definitely needs a car to reach somewhere. Groceries, bakery, beach 8-10mins away by car. House: Gorgeous view. Pool has been cleaned regularly. Capacity sufficient for 2 couples or 2 small families. Pool deck has some loose screws. I think need to be fixed to make it more children friendly. Additionally, garden was huge and well maintained. Amenities: Everything guests need valid at the house. (Tiny recommendation to host: Most of the Airbnb houses has sufficient amount of washing agents, garbage bag and dishwasher tablets these days. I think the house should have has these amenities.

We really loved our of season / end of season stay in the house! The location was perfect for us with a beautiful view of the sea and very close to several beaches.

It’s no exaggeration to say that the view alone could keep you there for your entire vacation.The villa itself is beautifully decorated, capturing the essence of a perfect summer retreat. The large private garden was a highlight for us, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy a BBQ, and spend quality time with family and friends in a serene setting. We loved the layout of the house as well. It’s a two-story villa that’s perfect for families or groups. The host was incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that everything we needed was provided for. The attention to detail in the villa’s decor and amenities did not go unnoticed, adding to the overall experience.

Christina is a wonderful host! The villa is amazing and looks just like in the pictures but when you are there it’s just magical. The atmosphere, the trees and the villa are delightful. Christina welcomed us, gave us recommendations and brought some toys for our son. He fell in love with one of the toys and we even got to take it home as a gift! We would love to visit again!

This amazing and peaceful place of rest was all we could have hoped for. Our family was beyond comfortable here. Amazing host showed us everything nearby from restaurants to beaches. The home is clean and spacious, the yard was private and well kept and the pool was a highlight. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

The stay at the villa was very nice, the surroundings are quiet & very nice. It is not to the sea. All household appliances worked well, everything you needed was there. Unfortunately, you are no longer allowed to use the beautiful coal grill outside because there is a risk of fire. But Stelios immediately organized & built us a new electric grill the next day. The pool was clean & was unexpectedly cleaned again while we were there.

Check-in was very flexible and smooth. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We spent great five days at Konstantinos' villas. the house is with excellent design, function and supplied with all necessary amenities. the beautiful private beach is just in front of the villas. Our kids had great time with the paddle boards, available for the guests. there was a daily maid care, which in my experience is a rare service for aurbnb Konstantinos was a great host, hospitable and always responsive. Would definitely come back.

Excellent stay! I was relieved to see the place was as nice as described , if not better . The private beach and chairs were awesome. The yard was spacious and well kept. The bedrooms were well air conditioned and comfortable for our group of 6. The outdoor grill + tv area was a welcome surprise ! Thanks for having us xoxo

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was extremely helpful and gave us a thorough tour of the house upon arrival. The house itself is impressive, with four floors to explore. The top room, although lacking a door, was very cool and featured a huge, comfortable bed. The surrounding area is very quiet, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The pool was a great addition and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway. Great stay!

Classy and comfortable

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We stayed at the villa with a group of 6 friends for a week, and it was absolutely amazing! The villa was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was large and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor charcoal grill was a huge plus, and we made several dinners on it. Overall, a stunning place, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! Our host was fantastic—very friendly and responsive. Ilias made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. Also great recommendations! A truly wonderful experience!

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

The house was great, with amazing views and a private pool. The bedrooms were good sizes with clean linen; bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Menelaos is a super host - amazingly responsive and super helpful. Definitely going back!
