Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future.
