We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Oak Ranch on Rose Place

This adorable 1880's town home is decorated in original, pristine condition, ranch oak furniture from 1950's. This furniture was manufactured in the beautiful south west, and remains very collectible even today. We have also taken advantage of the western theme by adding Native American pieces through out the house. The space is almost 1000 square feet with full kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath. We are located within walking distance of the downtown entertainment district.

Cottage is located in a quiet cove on Randall Lake (connected to 7 miles of lakes 1100acres). Lake view is spectacular. Front room is all glass. 4 kayaks and paddleboat. On the water enjoy fishing, tubing, sking, swimming. Relax outside under 2 large shade trees on patio for those hot summer days. At night watch the moon reflect off of the lake while enjoying the fire pit. 18-hole public Coldwater Club Golf Course across the road.

Everyman's House in Westnedge Hill

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Beautiful Large Lake Home in Southwest MI

Our place is great for couples, families (with kids), and large non-rowdy groups, In addition to summer and fall rentals, the house can be rented for ND football weekends.
