If you are looking for the perfect spot in Athens, then Dimitris’s apartment is the the place! It’s slightly tucked away from the bustle and noise of the more heavily touristed areas. That being said, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see! Kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals if needed and have a morning coffee before leaving for the day. Everything was spotless upon arrival and Dimitris was a kind and responsive host. Would recommend!

Stathis is an excellent host, very communicative and willing to help and inform us of everything we needed. We were completely satisfied with his hospitality, the house was sparkling clean, comfortable and in a very safe location. The spaces are exactly as in the photos. The house is new and very close to the Metro. Highly recommend !!

This was the perfect way to end my Athens trip. Clean apartment within walking distance from everything I wanted to do. In a nice and quiet neighborhood too!

Rock Garden has everything you need for a perfect stay. The place is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We especially loved the private garden, it’s a peaceful and lovely spot to relax. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. There’s a wide range of buses to all the major attractions, usually within 20 minutes, and the metro is just a short walk away. You'll also find plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, including a 24/7 Everest coffee shop and a supermarket just around the corner. Communication was fantastic, quick, clear, and efficient. Thank you for a great stay! We highly recommend Rock Garden for a comfortable and convenient visit.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. Thanks again, Maria and Antony!

Stephen was a very nice host. Everything was well organized and he was very nice helping me getting around town. Perfect place to stay for a conference at the nearby conference center.

Immaculate space. A small apartment that with very beautiful taste and passion has been converted into a top choice. Gorgeous in decor, it offers all the facilities and fully equipped. The whole apartment is spotless, bathroom perfect , kitchen with everything needed,living room cozy with super decor, bedroom with very good mattress , impressed me as soon as I lay that the linens smelled like conditioner . Mrs. Vana flawless . Information for check-in and anything else was needed. I highly recommend it, I will definitely visit it again.

We loved the apartment, very good location and connected to different means of transportation, super spacious and impeccable, and Erik was super friendly and welcomed us earlier than expected and gave us all the necessary information for our days in Athens, very attentive. Super recommended!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Very cool and very nice place

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!

the apartment is very nice ,quiet and well-equipped. The rooftop pool is a real asset , we enjoyed it. When we arrived, we had coffee capsules, savory and sweet cakes, orange juice from mineral water, tea, in short it was really very pleasant and very attentive. Georgia was very flexible for schedules especially for checkout and it was very appreciated. finally we tested 2 restaurants indicated by Georgia in a small booklet and they were perfect i recommend this place with confidence
