Beach condo vacation rentals in Kailua

Great location very walkable. Parking was not available however I found a great place Island Car rental that did one day rentals or if you book 3 days they offer free parking. It was a 15 minute walk from the condo. I did not think about luggage storage for a late flight home but Randy gave me a local place that stored my luggage for me. Quick communication was much appreciated!

Overall, would highly recommend and enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Beautiful, stunning view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach. - This place is close to plenty of food options, including a burger place in the first floor, a hula bar on the second, and a great coffee shop next door at the Queen Kapiolani - The place is stocked with everything you need, including beach gear, coffee, q-tips…you name it! - Bedding smelled great and bed was super comfortable. - Windows on 3 sides let in a lot of natural light. Cons: - Water pressure isn’t great but it’s on the roof. - The pool is abysmal. My daughter and I walked down there, took one look and said nope.

Beautiful modern clean condo just like the photos. Amazing unobstructed view of Waikiki Beach as the building sets right next to Ft DeRussy Park which houses the Army Museum. Loved opening the sliders to the whole condo and listening to the waves late at night. Beach chairs, noodles and snorkeling equipment was available so we didn't have to spend extra $ renting. The chairs were backpack style for easy carrying to the beach which was just steps off the building. Rick made check in and parking seamless. Very clean and modern bathroom with ceiling shower, hand held shower and warm water bidet. Great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Jennifer's place. As before, it was perfect for us. Close to everything, spotlessly clean, great view, and generous amenities. Thanks for another great stay. Hope to come again on our next visit to Waikiki.

Emmanuel is an attentive and gracious host. His condo is on a gorgeous and secluded beach area. We loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the ocean in the morning and evening. We also loved the quiet atmosphere of the condo community, with very friendly neighbors. This condo makes the perfect base for exploring North Shore area beaches and food markets, while coming home to peaceful spot.

The location was fantastic—close to everything! While the building is older, the apartment itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully updated. It’s small, but has everything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect spot to rest and recharge between adventures. Would definitely stay again!

The location and view can't really be beat here! We've been to Waikiki a couple of times and Eleanor's place has been our favourite accommodation. We travelled with our toddler and made the screen doors work for nap time. The location meant we could walk everywhere we wanted to go really easily and we enjoyed the beach and the two Ilikai pools. Loved the coffee shop downstairs too. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Loved spending the evenings on the lanai watching the busy beach and catching glimpses of the Hilton's luau. We also had a great view of the fireworks which miraculously didn't wake the baby!

We had an amazing time staying at this Waikiki gem! The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The unit was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs, which were a nice bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Honolulu!

William's pad was conveniently located and clean. He was extremely accommodating and there were some nice bonuses like snorkeling gear and boogie boards that saved us from spending extra on activities. Waikiki can tend to be overly touristy, so it was quite nice to stay a block or two from the busiest streets. Lots of food and beach options in walking distance. We would definitely stay with William again.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place! The space was clean, open, and easy to access. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus during our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the luau made for a perfect evening. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Staying at this lovely condo in Turtle Bay helped us start our Hawaii trip with deep relaxation and ease. It had everything we needed and more including beach towels, chairs and umbrella, fully stocked kitchen and a huge comfy king bed all in super well decorated surroundings. Easy walk to the public beach and hotel restaurants! We loved our time on the North Shore so much and this place was the perfect spot to come back to.

The place was exactly as described. The view from the patio and bedroom was breathtaking. Very clean and easy to get in and out. James & Mira were so very responsive with recommendations on where to eat and what I should go do based on my interest. They responded within minutes of any questions I had. The housewarming gift was a nice touch. I wish the pool would have been available but that was out of their control due to remodel (this was in the description before booking so not caught by surprise). But as they described the beach is literally a 3-minute walk. The only issue I had was finding the parking garage but that also was google maps sending me in circles. I contacted James and Mira and they were quick to apologize even though it was not their fault and asked how they could improve moving forward. I would most definitely stay again and well worth the price.

An ideal place to stay for your first trip to Hawaii! The location is unbeatable! Perfect if you prefer not to rent a car. Surrounded by incredible restaurants and breathtaking views, it offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb in Honolulu. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and exactly as pictured (if not better). The location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to [mention nearby spots like Waikiki, Diamond Head, local markets, or beaches], yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet when I needed it. The home had thoughtful touches that made a difference: beach towels, coffee, local snacks, or guidebooks. The host was communicative, respectful of privacy, and clearly takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.

PJ was great to work with and the condo had a great view of the ocean. The only complaint is the streets around the place were kind of smelly and not pleasant. A block or two towards Waikiki was nice.

Wonderful condo that is immaculately cared for. The host was very well organized and provided everything anyone could need. We had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, beach toys/equipment, lots of extra sheets/pillows and even a good hairdryer. Everything was well stocked and labeled. There was a full kitchen full of wares/utensils and A/C for every room in the condo. Even a first aid kit was there. It was all perfect, extra comfortable, clean, and fit our party of 6 . I would not hesitate to immediately recommend or book this condo again for the Turtle Bay Area. Definitely 5 stars across the board. Thanks Jordan!

Wife, 3yo, and I loved staying here. It’s a block or two away from a lagoon beach that’s perfect for kids. Restaurants everywhere. Private parking space makes renting a car very easy and worthwhile. Super central vs everything on Oahu so it’s easy to get everywhere. It is a little loud at night especially on Friday, but we never had any problem sleeping.

this was a wonderful place to stay 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and most food amenities. the best part of this day is that the host provides so many towels and beach towels. also plenty of toilet paper compared to most other hosts. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Murial’s villa. The villa is much more spacious, brighter, and more comfortable than it appears in the Airbnb photos — the pictures really don't do it justice! We didn’t feel rushed at all; it was perfectly relaxing to stay at Murial’s villa. Communication with Murial was excellent, and the instructions were very clear. We truly appreciate everything. Beautiful surroundings, easy check-in & out. Everything you might need is easily accessible - coffee, snacks, pool toys, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, etc. Neighbors were a little noisy a couple of nights, but nothing outrageous.

We had a great stay. The apartment was fantastic with amazing views. Great location. Saw fireworks over Waikiki right from our window! Catherine was a great host. Highly recommend.

This is a great property, recently renovated, just one block from Waikiki beach at the far south end. That means you have a 3-minute walk to be in the action, but you dont have to listen to it all night while you are trying to sleep. Owner is very proactive about communicating instructions, rules, etc. We didnt have to call/text at all to ask for anything. The place includes beach towels as well as beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear (more for kids), boogie board, a small cooler!, and most importantly, a wagon to carry it all! The last two items were a very nice touch. We packed up all of this in our rental and drove it 1-1/2 hr all the up to Waimea Bay and had everything we need for a 5-6 hour beach stay! I give this place 4-1/2 stars (rounded up to 5). Only three (minor) complaints: (1) no washcloths -- plenty of towels, but no cloths for bathing -- only a loofah (which i dont like for germ reasons) (2) AC unit works great but is VERY loud (3) wish the second BR had a king bed
