We are situated 20 minutes south of Kaikoura township on State Highway 1, your accommodation is on our property. We have an amazing place with fantastic sea views and beautiful gardens. While the balcony is small, there is a lovely deck and barbeque with open fire in the garden behind the main house you are welcome to use. We are generally around and happy to provide anything you may need during your stay. There is stair access and the railway line is directly behind your accommodation.

Tea , coffee and milk are provided upon arrival. We are 2kms from the town center , 3.5kms to Whale Watch therefore if you are arriving by bus or train and walking our accommodation may not suit you 😊 We are 2.8kms to the Seal Colony and Peninsula Walkway. On the way is the Original Seafood Caravan which is very popular.
