Condo vacation rentals in Kahana

This place was exactly as described, with all the amenities listed. The front desk people were very friendly. Helen is a very responsive and helpful host.

Fun bedroom overlooking the water, & had a nice private feel. No AC was noticeable on warm Maui days but being an end unit, you can open the front door & patio door to get a nice breeze & airflow. The condo is on the older side but for the price & location, it’s hard to beat!! Nice Bosch appliances. Overall, we were quite satisfied & happy with the place!

The location is perfect 1000 feet from the big resorts but so much quieter and private. The place looked exactly like the photos, even better actually. Molokai is directly across, bring binoculars might spot axis deer from the balcony. Highly recommend

Just a few seconds walk from a beautiful beach, snorkeling along the rock reef there were plenty of turtles to see. The park is a great place to watch the sunrise. You can hear the waves crashing from your bedroom. Lot's of food in walking distance, a picturesque tropical place to relax.

Great apartment with excellent finishes. View from the deck is unbelievable and perfect for sunsets. Megan was a great host!

We had a fantastic time during our stay here! A few of the things we liked: The view cannot be beat. Sitting on the balcony, watching the ocean, and sipping coffee or eating lunch was perfect. There's a little beach which is only accessed by the folks in the building. We often had it to ourselves. We went to a larger, public beach one day and it was so expensive to park there and the beach was so busy - we much preferred to stay at our airbnb! There were more amenities than specified in the listing! We found boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and sand castle buckets in the closet. The kids were thrilled! The building is super quiet. We never had noisy neighbors or trouble sleeping. Sea turtles are everywhere. They are constantly visible from the balcony and often swam within 15 - 20 feet of the kids playing in the surf. We also caught glimpses of whales every other day. What a delight! I completely recommend this airbnb - truly a lovely vacation home!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

This was definitely a 5 star stay. I’ve stayed at plenty of nice Airbnbs and I think this was my favorite. It’s very easy, in a good location, very safe and extremely clean. Usually you can expect some sand on the ground or on the furniture at a beach stay even after it’s been cleaned, but not here. The entire place was spotless. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The beach is right out front and great for snorkeling and sea turtles. However, the best part was definitely the stunning view. The pictures online don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful. We laid in bed every day listening to the waves and watching the sunset. We woke up to the sunrise each morning. We also spent a good bit of time, especially in the morning, just watching the water. Every time we looked out the lanai we saw at least 3-4 sea turtles and one morning we even saw a sea lion swimming next to the shore. We never turned on the TV. I cannot recommend this stay enough. It’s easily worth the money.

Hawaii Life thought of everything. The condo was spotless. The views and lanai made it worth every penny. The host was always available to answer questions, even helping me to remove fabric stains and helping with business paperwork. This was above and beyond. The amenities were superb but the personal touch with food and activities recommendations, nice beach chairs, wagon, coolers, sunscreen, shampoo, coffee maker, keurig, and espresso machines made things seem like at home. We didn’t need to purchase a lot of extras just to throw away after 8 days. We love to travel and I would by far say this is the best place we have stayed. Not only the location and cleanliness but the personal touch in every detail! We will be telling our friends about this location.

We fully enjoyed our stay. All was perfect and we hope to return. The difference between our and others "Perfect" experience included 2 unique challenges. First the repair of an air conditioner which was handled quickly and efficiently w very little down time. The second was a major storm threatening the islands. The manager proactively brought flashlights to ensure we could navigate our surroundings should the electricity go out. Another more serious issue, no wine bottle opener! One, never used, in a box, was quickly delivered. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

We always find ourselves coming back to this incredible five-star condo—it’s truly our home away from home. Immaculately clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, it’s the perfect coastal escape. The oceanfront view is absolutely breathtaking, both day and night, and it’s something we never grow tired of. One of the highlights this time was the unbelievably comfortable bed. I happened to peek and saw a brand new Tempur-Pedic topper and a new mattress underneath—it was like sleeping on a cloud. Add in the soothing sound of the waves just outside, and it made for the most dreamy, restful sleep. This place checks every box and then some. We can’t wait to return.

We booked an entire week at Jenny’s place. Check-in was easy and there was ample parking. It was exactly as the pictures showed with great views of the ocean and beach from high atop the 4th floor. The unit had AC for the warm days but we absolutely loved the cool breeze that would carry straight through the unit with the front window shades opened. Sands of Kahana was a beautiful property with beach access, grills to use, a large pool and a really nice restaurant/bar that was reasonably priced. We enjoyed our morning walks to nearby Hawaiian Village Coffee to grab a drink and a light pastry. Other amenities nearby include snorkel shops, a sushi restaurant, general store and cafe. We really enjoyed and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella as we swam at nearby Kapalua Beach and Kaanapali Black Rock. Jenny was so friendly and responsive with her emails outlining all you needed to know about the property and surrounding area. We highly recommend this property and will be back!

Great place, very clean and had everything you would need. The view from the patio is way better in person. The beach is small, but you will have it to yourself! The pool and grassy hang out area was very peaceful. Staff at this condo community does a great job of keeping everything spotlessly clean and nothing was out of place. There is a convenient grocery store close by and a spacious grilling area to use. The condo itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was great and communicated very well. Only downside is the location was out of the way of where we spent most of our time when out and about.

We had an amazing stay at Quam’s place in Maui! The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The ocean views from the lanai were breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, shops, and great dining. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already looking forward to coming back—highly recommend to anyone visiting Maui!

Great place to stay at a great price. Looks like the photos. Keep in mind there is one portable AC unit in the bedroom but not the common areas- so it may get hot in the living room. Overall a great value and location.
