The host was exceptional, and the place was perfect for our large group. Shopping is close, with groceries in Waikoloa Village and 10 minutes away in great shops in Queens and Kings Land. It’s scenic and relaxing; easy to get to, close to beaches and activities. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place, our room was better than the photos. Close to many great food spots but also has a full kitchen if you want to make some meals in. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Wish we stayed longer, my family had no complaints.

It was an amazing facility, just looked exactly liked described. Todd was proactive in sending info required for check-in. Well maintained community and very good activities in vicinity. We did manta-ray night snorkel and lua’u at outrigger resort. Both were just a quick walk away.

We had an amazing stay at Allyson’s condo on the Big Island! The apartment was spotless, beautifully organized, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed – it truly felt like a home away from home for the week. From the kitchen supplies to the beach gear, every detail was carefully considered and made our holiday so much more comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we loved having such a peaceful, welcoming space to return to at the end of each day. Allyson was a fantastic host - so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Big Island - thank you for making our trip so special! The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at.

This place was amazing, your about 10 min from the coast and there are some good shops close by for a long stay. AC is only in the living room but other than that everything was perfect! would stay again for sure!

Thoroughly enjoy our stay at this well equiped, freshly renovated condo. Amazing views of the ocean and next to the pool. Central to all the cool attractions the Big Island has to offer.

We knew this resort from before so we purposely tried to find a condo at this location. The property location is fantastic, situated in a gated community, very peaceful and safe, beautiful surroundings, 15 minutes walk to the beach, or if a quick drive with provided gate fob. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would want during your stay, the grill in the patio works great and is the best way to prepare a few dinners. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and everything works well. The patio is great, we used it when ever we were at home, it is very crazy with a very nice view of palms and beautiful vegetation and many birds and mongooses that run around. The garage is as described, tight fit for a large vehicle but we managed to get our mini van inside. They have a great selection of snorkel gear, we brought our own but knowing this next we would not. A beautiful space that we very much enjoyed and would definitely come back on our next visit. The host great!

Our stay exceeded all our expectations!The house looked just like the photos and was beautiful inside and outside. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, it had everything that you needed and more. We felt at home from the first minute we stepped into the house. The beds were very comfortable, lots of towels, a full kitchen, beach gear, beach towels, anything you could think of you needed for vacation. We felt the location was the best you can find on the coast, especially, the black sand beach and white sand beach. There are grocery stores..The host Jess was outstanding and extremely responsive and friendly. We would love to come back and stay at Jess’s place again! Thank you Jess!

This place is exactly as described, quiet, clean, and close to everything in Waikōloa beach. The decor was nice and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking! One thing cleaning-wise that would have been better is if the floor was mopped… walking around with bare feet, our feet got dirty quickly. However we will definitely be back to visit Carlos’ place.

We had a truly perfect stay at Brittney’s apartment! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and full of thoughtful touches. It’s set in a gorgeous location with two lovely pools, and the added bikes, beach and water gear were such a bonus. Brittney was incredibly proactive, kind, and responsive in her communication, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our visit. She even provided a crib, highchair, and baby gate, which made traveling with our 10-month-old so easy. We stayed as four adults and a baby, and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Every detail was so well thought out—it really felt like a home away from home. It’s clear that Brittney has thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable and welcome. We were sad to leave and would absolutely love to stay here again. This place is a real gem, and I recommend it 100%! Thank you so much, Brittney!

We recently stayed at Janet apartment in the Makai Condominiums for the Ironman in Kailua-Kona, and it was fantastic! The location was absolutely perfect for the event, making all our logistics smooth and convenient. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, creating a relaxing atmosphere that was ideal in the lead-up to the race. One of our favorite aspects was the shared amenities – the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding, and the sunsets from there were simply breathtaking. Watching the sky turn vibrant colors over the water made every evening memorable. Overall, it was an excellent stay that contributed so much to our Ironman experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place in Kailua-Kona!

We absolutely loved staying here! Martin & Rachelle’s place is even nicer than the photos. Martin was very responsive and provided great recommendations. He was extremely flexible and willing to work with us on check-in time. They had all you could ever need from a massive book collection and movie collection to puzzles and board games. We played multiple scrabble games outside on the Lani. You cannot beat the location. One of our favorite Air BnBs and hosts ever. Highly recommend!

Stayed during the 2025 Half Ironman Triathlon at the end of May/start of June. Shellee's location was incredibly close to the host hotel/start of the race. Everything race weekend was walkable for myself and my family. Groceries and some restaurants were also close by and easy to get to. Shellee's home was beautiful, and very comfortable to stay in. She's thought of everything with lots of extra little things like beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, etc for outdoor activities. All the way to some ball point pens and paper or some plastic bags if you need one while there. All the small details that make it feel like a home away from home on your trip made my and my family's eight day trip to Hawaii that much more memorable. It truly felt like a second home. So both a huge thank you, and a huge recommendation for anyone looking for a place to stay - particularly if you're there during an event like Ironman and want to be able to return to a comfortable home at the end of the day.

We enjoyed Marisa’s condo. We found it to be the perfect quiet location and a good home base to explore the island. Home was clean and kitchen was super well stocked. Ample beach chairs and even sand toys which my daughter enjoyed. Clean pool and small gym was a plus. If you’re able-bodied, you can walk up the hill to the shopping center where there are restaurants and shops. Clover and Bug has great coffee, croffles, and a variation of shaved ice that we absolutely loved. Kenichi’s bento takeout is also great. A car is a must have if you want to explore the island.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, in a great location. Beautiful beaches and ocean close by. The pool area was super nice, just be aware you can’t take your own food or drink anywhere in the pool area. Overall a great place!

Amazing place to stay with our family. We loved the location, especially the access to the private beach, which was perfect for our 7 and 2 year old grandchildren. The gated community was private and beautifully maintained, we loved the lanai. The beach equipment was perfect We had a little problem accessing the property on arrival, but the owners responded immediately to resolve the issue. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

We loved our stay at Joy's place! It was clean and spacious with a beautiful view toward the ocean. The facilities were lovely and the pools were quiet - the perfect spot to watch the stunning Kona sunsets. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops in Kona and enjoyed the beaches nearby. Joy was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking and check-in process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for paradise in Kona.

We had a great stay in Hawaii. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Kristina was extremely responsive and resolved our issues. The property is so beautiful and quiet - very family friendly. It was super nice to have the wagon, boogie boards and cooler during our stay. The back patio was delightful. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I had my parents and two boys, ages 8 and 5, who enjoyed all the amenities. We had an issue with the fridge not working on the day we arrived, which caused us to have to find alternate methods to keep our kitchen supplies cool. Norah purchased a mini fridge for the next day and we were able to use it and keep our food cold. I appreciate the effort that she went through to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful. The pool was so nice and refreshing. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for being a part of our family trip!

Great place for a family with 3 year old twins. Gate for the stairs. All sorts of beach toys. There is a pack and play for sleep. Pool was a close walk and beach a close drive or you can take the golf cart! Plenty of other beach gear, snorkels, and 2 paddle boards! Kitchen was really well appointed too. I would definitely stay here again....Only issue was confusing/funky lights and fans that came on randomly and remotes that didn't work so great.

We stayed at this house during the Ironman Hawaii 70.3 event. It was close walking distance to the Fairmont where the event took place. The house was spectacular, had plenty of room and the kitchen was great. We would 100% stay here again. Even though we had a small group, we enjoyed the extra space. House is plenty big for multiple families or a large group.

We loved our stay! Beautiful and clean. It had everything we could have wanted. Allyson was so easy to communicate with and gave us many recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We hope to be back!!!
