YokaYado Kagoshima Chuo Fully renovated in 2024 and newly opened in 2025, it is a retro-modern private house with a sense of cleanliness! I created this inn with the concept of "a space where you can relax with your family and friends while enjoying the nostalgia of good old Japanese houses while fully enjoying Kagoshima sightseeing". The location is a 4-minute walk from the west exit of Kagoshima Chuo Station, the transportation center of Kagoshima City.Located in a quiet residential area, there are many restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores, supermarkets, and car rental shops within walking distance. It is about 40 minutes by shuttle bus from the airport to Kagoshima Chuo Station Bus Terminal.From Kagoshima Chuo Station, each tourist destination is about 10 minutes by tram to Tenmonkan, about 20 minutes by bus to Sakurajima Ferry Terminal, and about 50 minutes by JR Limited Express to Ibusuki Station and Kirishima Jingu Station, it is very conveniently located. The inn has a dining room, living room, bathroom, and 3 Japanese-style bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 semi-double bed, and 2 double beds), and a roof balcony that exceeds 20 ㎡, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and meals while feeling the southern breeze of Kagoshima. Holiday House Nagata is located in the western part of Yakushima Island, close to Inaka beach, the best sea turtle spawning beach in Japan, and you can walk to Maehama beach from home.The sunset view from the beach is beautiful, and there are Yokogawa Gorge, Yakushima Lighthouse, and Seibu Forest Road nearby.Since it is far from the trailhead, it is highly recommended to rent a car.If you only come to Jomon Cedar climbing, Nagata is far away, so please look at the map to consider it.The May-July 2021 Sea Turtle Watch was canceled due to COVID-19.Please note that you will not be able to get off the beach after 8pm.If you go to the beach at 5:00 in the morning, it is recommended because it is possible to meet sea turtles.
